Although the Red Robe Mage Association are not ira’s Followers, they uphold survival of the fittest and the reverence for strength. There is ruthless competition within their ranks; the weak will be enslaved and exploited for all their worth to serve the strong, enabling them to gain more power and go further.
This ethos not only perates the governance of the Kingdom of Ser, but also the training of Red Robe Mage Apprentices.
They possess the largest and most nurous mage academies on the Felen Continent, far surpassing Halruaa, which is also a Mage Kingdom.
From a young age, the Red Robe Mage Association conducts magic aptitude tests on all children in Ser. Those showing even slight potential are taken away from their parents, sent to the completely enclosed and isolated Red Robe Mage Academy for harsh magical training.

After centuries of attempts, they realized they could not achieve conquest of their neighbors Aglarond and the Kingdom of Laiserman, so they adjusted their national policy and began large-scale dumping of various magic products through opening Magic Concessions in other countries across the Felen Continent.
In this aspect, they have an advantage that other powers do not, even compared to Halruaa, also a Mage Kingdom. They not only have tens of thousands of Interdiate-Low Level mages, but they can also exploit them like slaves, not needing to pay them for the magic items they produce—this is the cost they must bear to learn more powerful magic.
