And these great devils control their own planes’ Devil Lords in the sa way, and the Devil Lords control the interdiate-low level devils through high-order devils.
This is a complete hierarchy of control, where the upper levels can control the lower ones, but the lower levels can never defy their superiors.
This control is directly fused with the laws of Hell, the most notable sign being that the path to advancent for those low-level devils is controlled by more powerful devils. To beco stronger, they must get approval, thus this upgrade is called advancent, not evolution.
Because evolution is chaotic, uncontrolled, absolutely not allowed or liked by devils, yet it aligns with the chaotic and evil nature of demons.
Therefore, the troubles plaguing Dog Demons do not affect Six-ard Snake Demons. When a demon reaches a bottleneck in power, there is no need for them to actively guide the Power of the Abyss; it will automatically co to them, evolving them into a more advanced version.
However, Six-ard Snake Demons, Balor Fla Demons, and Gargantuan Bull Demons are all high-order demons at the peak of this evolutionary system, representing three different paths. Their next stage will be becoming a Demon Lord, which involves not just their own strength but also stepping into the realm of Evil Gods.
The relationship between devils and demons is so close that people talk about them side by side, and their upgrade thods naturally align, hence the term ‘advancent and evolution.’
Dog Demons without a higher-order devil to serve cannot advance, and this path is naturally blocked.

Even the power of the Lord of the Abyss can be purified and refined by Gaven. Extracting power from those Dog Demons would be a piece of cake.
