Before the words of the Cloud Giant had even fallen, another squad of flying cavalry arrived. They were slightly fewer in number, only sixty to seventy, but their montum was in no way inferior to that of the Ridgeback Beast Riders.

They were all robust flying dragons, ridden by massively built orcs who were not only equipped with giant composite longbows but also had rows of throwing spears strapped to their sides. All of them bore the sa distinctive mark—an empty left eye socket, not a void, but instead shimring with a blood-like glow.

If one or two were in this condition, it might be an accident, but if all were like this, then it was intentional.

This kind of orc had a specialized na—Eye of Gewush.

To talk about them, one must discuss the origins of the orcs. In orc legend, in the ancient tis, all gods gathered to divide the world among their followers.

The God of Orcs, Gewush, declared he claid the mountains, but found them already taken by the dwarves.

He then declared he claid the forests, but the elves had long since resided there.

Gewush’s two proclamations failed, and having gained nothing, he was mocked by the gods. Therefore, in his rage, Gewush destroyed the mountains with his divine spear, burned the forests, and left deep scars upon the land. He created the orc race and declared that orcs would destroy and replace all races that rejected them.

To this day, orcs maintain this trait, continually waging war against humans, elves, dwarves, and other sage races.

Among all races, they hate elves the most, because in ancient tis, there was a divine war between the Elf Main God Corellon and the Orc Main God Gewush. The accounts of this war differ between the two races: elves emphasize it was a fair duel, while orcs call it an ambush.

Regardless of how the battle unfolded, one thing is certain: Gewush’s left eye was shot blind by Corellon’s arrow. To forever rember this sha, Gewush never attempted to repair his blinded eye, always showing himself as one-eyed, even in his divine nature incarnation.

To demonstrate their devotion, many orcs, in Gewush’s na, would kill an elf and sacrifice its body to him, the God of Slaughter. This would earn them a sacred mark of Gewush—a scar over the left eye.

However, to complete this sacred mark, one must gouge out their left eye and offer it to Gewush, symbolizing their shared experience of his pain and fury. After completing the sacrificial ritual, Gewush would grant the orc certain casting abilities and a unique boon—Wrath of Gewush.

From then on, they would receive a special na and begin a unique orc-exclusive advancent profession called Eye of Gewush.

Only the strong orcs could receive this boon, or rather, only the strong could survive.

Over ti, Eye of Gewush beca synonymous with elite among the orcs.

When countless Eyes of Gewush appear on the battlefield, it signifies the full elite force of the orcs, marking the beginning of a disaster for sage life forms.

They are more combative, quick to anger, and ruthless than ordinary orcs. In their path, nothing living remains, only endless slaughter.

A squad of Eyes of Gewush riding flying dragons makes for a formidable alliance, naturally capable of terrifying combat power.

The last group to arrive, numbering around two hundred, were the weakest in terms of power. They were a group of harpies or bird demons, possessing human torsos with bird claws for feet and large eagle wings spread behind.

Their most powerful weapon was not their claws or clubs, but the Song of Seduction.

This charm weapon worked well on ordinary people or beasts, but was clearly ineffectual against beasts or Transcendent Professionals, whose will was typically very strong and who sotis had the ability to resist such charm.

Upon seeing the Ridgeback Beast Riders, they kept a distance as a cat would from a mouse, not daring to approach.

Whether it was the Earth Crystal People or the Ridgeback Beasts, they were masters of sonic attacks, highly resistant to the harpies’ Song of Seduction and even able to exert so degree of suppression.

Others like gryphons and gryphon mounts numbered a few, clearly insignificant and not worth ntioning.

From their distribution surrounding the Flying Throne, one could see their status within this Monster Kingdom.

The Flying Dragon Orc Riders were in the innermost circle, the Ridgeback Beast Riders were slightly further out, and the harpies could only circle from afar.

"Deploy!" the Cloud Giant waved a large hand, as the Flying Throne first flew towards the east.

The Thunder Peak is difficult to traverse for those trying to conquer it on foot, but for a group of flying units, crossing it was not difficult at all.

The Cloud Giant and others did not attempt to fly directly over the top of Thunder Peak, not only because of the thunderstorm that perpetually shrouds it but also due to the presence of an evil being there that even they dared not provoke lightly.

They bypassed from the east of Thunder Peak, where there are vast swathes of sparsely vegetated wastelands, many places with not a single blade of grass. This area belonged to the vanished valley of Death Valley and Siren Valley, where Dilila had earlier plotted her conspiracy.

Their target was clear, the Tivandun Rift.

This is the northern border between the Koer Kingdom and the Valley. Most of the border is separated by the Thunder Peak Mountain Range, but three trade routes connect them from north to south—through the Tivandun Rift via the Moon Sea Road, through the Thunder Rift via the East Road, and through the High Valley via the Thunder Path.

Of the three routes, the easiest to travel is through the Tivandun Rift via the Moon Sea Road, located between the Thunder Peak Mountain Range and the Mokou Mountain Range.

Although the na Tivandun Rift suggests a rift, it is actually a narrow plain sandwiched between two mountain ranges, much like Mist Valley, with the narrowest parts being over ten kiloters wide and the widest reaching up to twenty kiloters.

This area used to belong to Siren Valley, but after its disappearance, it was taken over by Tivandun.

Once through this canyon, it signifies leaving the Koer Kingdom, officially entering the Valley. This marks the end of a three-month, three-thousand-five-hundred-kiloter migration journey, finally drawing to a perfect close.
