Chapter 1607: Chapter 802: The Disruptors
This surging living stream of water effectively compensated for the fatal flaw of the Demon Trees’ slow movent, quickly gathering over a dozen Demon Trees within it. Receiving plant communication from their fellow brothers, they no longer resisted the rolling of the giant wave, but actively rged into it.
Before long, the City of Usr was devoid of any other creatures, leaving only two surging living waves battling magic here.
This kind of warfare was not sothing ordinary people could intervene in; even slight involvent could cost them their lives.
Except for those Giant Valley Druids, who demonstrated what it ant to pour oil on the fire; they too were casting a large number of Summoning Elent spells.
However, they were not continuing to summon Fire Elents to increase the strength of the Fire Elental Army but were summoning a large number of Wind Elents.
The purpose was simple: to fully utilize the synergy between Wind and Fire Elents, making the fire in the City of Usr burn more intensely, causing the fiery waves to roll faster, and the enemies caught in the flas to burn more fiercely.
When no scattered Demon Tree silhouettes could be seen in the field, it marked the mont the giant sea wave and fiery wave formally clashed.
Because the Water Elental Monarch attempted to carry off twelve collected Demon Trees back into the sea, how could the Fire Elental Monarch permit that? Utilizing the speed advantage provided by the Wind Elents’ blowing, they shifted towards the direction of the harbor area, blocking their retreat.
Both elental armies unanimously sounded the attack horn, launching a charge along the main roads of the City of Usr.
Boom! Boom! Boom!
The first to unleash power were the Demon Trees, now resembling boats riding waves, floating at the forefront of the waves stirred by the Water Elental Army, eight vine tentacles, paired into groups, using their bodies as a support point, transforming into super giant slingshots, frantically hurling projectiles outward.
This ti, however, they were no longer throwing their own living bombs but rather giant ice balls instead.
These ice balls naturally were provided by the Water Elents.
Even the super giant Demon Trees needed two vine tentacles to cast the ice balls together; one could imagine just how enormous these ice balls were.
The power was equally imnse; when they crashed into the fiery wave and exploded on the ground, the berserk cold wind and ice bullets carelessly shot out, creating an illusion of flas being frozen, with the surrounding flas showing nurous gaps. Many Fire Elents in the center of the flas, if accidentally hit by more than two super giant ice bullets simultaneously, could not preserve their lives even with the protective addition from the fiery wave stirred by the Fire Elental Monarch.
Such frantic bombardnt, the fiery wave could only withstand one round staggeringly; when the distance between both forces was close enough, the Fire Elents began attacking back, hundreds of fireballs spewing forth from the fiery wave.
The size of these fireballs varied, ranging from basin-like sizes to barrel-like, and even ones comparable to small sailboats.
The fireballs prioritized targeting the Demon Trees nonetheless.
These Demon Trees were unequivocal disruptors; without them, the Fire Elents could have relied on the kite tactic to slowly roast the Water Elents dry.
Blast! Blast! Blast!
These Demon Trees, being high-intelligence plants, fully utilized the surrounding resources; at the very last mont before the overwhelming fireballs arrived, eight vine tentacles grabbed heavy objects around, imrsing most of their bodies into the Water Elental Army, letting the surging seawater endure the fire elents’ bombardnt.
The ravaging flas splattered the seawater everywhere, so Water Elents at the impact points of the fireballs were explosively expelled from the Water Elental Army.
Whether the ice balls exploded in the fiery waves or the fireballs landed on the water, they generated a large amount of thick fog, showing a tendency to envelop them.
This situation lasted only briefly before being completely blown away.
The entire City of Usr was swept by a fierce Western wind, amplifying the presence of the Fire Elental Army, making their flas leap several ters higher than before.
This was not solely due to the Wind Elents surrounding the fire elental army; it was the Giant Valley Druids’, who were covertly manipulating the weather.
In Felen, you don’t need to borrow the East Wind; it can be controlled by spells.
For both sides, Magic Attack was rely an appetizer, a ans to weaken the opponent, and was very unlikely to completely defeat the other; ultimately, everything boiled down to brute force confrontation.
Neither side bore any fear or hesitation; they collided straight into one another.
Between elents, a chain of hatred exists, the hatred between Fire and Water Elents, Air and Earth Elents is etched into their bones.
No reason is needed; their nature dictates it; when they et, it becos a matter of determining the winner, even if summoned by the sa spellcaster, there’s still a chance they might clash, let alone being on different factions.
Boom!
The collision of two entirely different elental energies yielded only one result, an explosion.
The deafening noise could be distinctly heard even at sea, allowing those who hadn’t managed to evacuate from Usr City’s inhabitants to clearly feel the earth beginning to tremble, as if it was about to shatter open.
The entire City of Usr was imrsed in a realm of ice and fire.
The half of the city behind the Fire Elental Army was ignited with blazing flas, with Fire Elents launched everywhere, the furthest one extending a kiloter away.
