Chapter 1609: Chapter 802: The Troublemaker_3

The pillar of fla spewed forth, relentlessly scorching the Water Elental Monarch. Wherever the flas swept, the body of the Water Elental Monarch boiled, releasing countless plus of steam, all greedily devoured by the Storm.

“Storm, don’t just indulge in your greed, lend a hand and finish it off,” Gaven commanded Revenge Storm as he repeated his previous strategy with the War Ravager.

When he first obtained the War Ravager, the size adjustnt feature, which Gaven deed unnecessary, surprisingly beca his most frequently used ability.

The freefall bombardnt of this High-Order Artifact beca a lethal strike against stationary or slow-moving targets.

This ti was no exception; it was crucial in breaking the deadlock.

He adhered to the essence of participating in this high-end battle: unleash a powerful attack while the enemy’s guard is down and retreat.

A centipede dies but doesn’t beco a rigid corpse.

Such formidable beings, a casual attack is enough for him to digest.

Sure enough, just after he retreated, the Water Elental Monarch rolled wildly, unleashing all kinds of Ice Magic—a torrent of Ice Cones, Ice Storms, and more.

The only goal was to force the enemy back, to escape the attacks of the Fire Elental Monarch.

The Fire Elental Monarch, having finally seized the opportunity, clung desperately, fiercely spewing flas, determined to dry out every last trace of water elent on its opponent.

Following orders, the Storm stopped rely feeding, unleashing lightning and thunder strikes that crackled down, causing the Water Elental Monarch to tremble, though not paralyzed, it did disrupt its attack rhythm, providing opportunities for the Fire Elental Monarch.

Gaven had yet to find a second chance to attack.

This freefall attack was effective but required complex preconditions; either the enemy couldn’t move at all, was restrained, or caught off guard. Once prepared, it’s hard to succeed, especially in high-end battles like this.

Gaven could keenly feel a powerful will constantly locking onto him, should he choose to strike again, he might face a Thunderous Strike. The Water Elental Monarch had since reford its head but refrained from water elent attacks, indicating a critical issue.

Water elents gathering towards this direction no longer congregated inside the Water Elental Monarch, unleashing waves of ice magic covering the sky, aiming at Gaven and Storm, not seeking massive damage, but at least preventing them from easily interfering with the battle between the two Elental Lords.

Yet, the Fire Elents wouldn’t concede; as the Water Elents changed tactics, so did the Fire Elents, stopping their integration into the Fire Elental Monarch, engaging the Water Elents in fiery, icy magical clashes.

Those relatively single-minded large Fire Elents surprisingly resorted to direct clashing, fist to fist, body against body, engaging in the fiercest lee with high-temperature steam swirling around them.

It was classic mutual destruction, Fire Elents using their high heat to evaporate the essential water elents of the Air Elents, yet in the process, their fire essence was also being absorbed.

By the end, even if none were completely annihilated, the remaining side would be left with dwindling strength, flickering like a candle in the wind, ready to extinguish with a puff.

Undeniably, this was the most direct thod for two elents to determine victory.

The two Elental Lords adopted the sa combat thod, entangled with each other.

Two terrifying beings, each over twenty-five ters tall, entangling weren’t comparable to those re four or five-ter large elents.

Their tangled rolling embodied devastating power, the large Fire Elents they crushed were extinguished by the Water Elental Monarch, while the large Water Elents were dried by the Fire Elental Monarch.

Their forms were not fixed; Fire Elents could transform into fla state while Water Elents could beco water state.

This rendered them immune to exhaustion, grappling, paralysis, petrification, poisoning, being knocked down, binding, and unconsciousness effects.

Directly nullifying nurous control techniques, Gaven pondered for a long ti but couldn’t find more ways to intervene, even his usual reliance on Undead Vengeance Realm and Shadow Duel proved ineffective against a unique entity like the Water Elental Monarch.

The elental creature’s body composition was fundantally different from that of material realm creatures, the Shadow Legion, a deadly machine for ordinary creatures, not only lacked advantage against them but was prone to suffer from their elental assaults.

“Storm, let’s go, first we’ll eliminate the remaining Demon Trees,” Gaven decisively chose, commanding Revenge Storm to turn and leave.

Eliminating the Water Elental Monarch was not a mandatory choice in this war.

They were just magic-summoned rcenaries, with a limited duration.

When the ti ran out, they would automatically be expelled by the repelling force of the Material Plane, returning to their Inner Plane, although their duration was longer, it could at least last up to four hundred minutes.

Gaven initially targeted the Water Elental Monarch to see if he could, amidst his interference, secure a victory for the Fire Elental Monarch.

Once the Water Elental Monarch was annihilated, the Fire Elental Monarch would eliminate the remaining Demon Trees in due ti.

But upon reaching the level of the Water Elental Monarch, its tenacity was frightening, unable to be destroyed with a few heavy blows, not even by the Fire Elental Monarch.

Secondly, the collateral damage from their warfare was trendously vast.

Though he planned the Blaze Burning City tactic, it was selective, ant not to raze the entire city to the ground.

Continuing at this pace, the entire City of Usr would be reduced to ruins, any slight misstep, and the fire could consu the military supplies stored in the warehouse district.

Even if all Demon Trees were eliminated, it wouldn’t be a complete victory but rather mutual destruction.
