"How dare you defy my command, you traitor... Don’t co near... don’t co near..."

From Khan Yamun’s retreat speed and angry roar, it was clear how much he feared this Slaughtering Relic.

Skambuhe National Master had more than once tried to present this slaughtering relic to him, hoping he would absorb its power and inherit the power of the Killing Buddha.

But Khan Yamun had firmly refused, understanding well that with the Slaughter Godhood Shard he inherited, more power was not always better, especially power that clearly carried its own will.

Even if the nature of the powers differed, or even if they were of the sa source and lineage, they would still fight internally for dominance.

The freshly shattered Slaughter Godhood Shard was proof; unless one side had an absolute advantage to crush and absorb the other.

The Slaughter Godhood Shard and the Slaughtering Relic were not of the sa origin or lineage, only their power nature was similar.

This ti, however, Skambuhe National Master did not attempt to plead with Khan Yamun, ignoring his refusal, and said softly: "This Slaughtering Relic was condensed over nine lifetis by the Killing Buddha, and just another lifeti will complete its virtue.

All karmic obstacles from slaughter would be borne by previous lives, leaving this life to inherit boundless blessings.

Once the Slaughtering Relic is inherited, you can forge an indestructible Vajra body, never again worrying about your body being destroyed..."

Skambuhe National Master muttered a multitude of things, but simply put, it was sothing good, all for his benefit.

"Since this Slaughtering Relic is so great, you can use it yourself; there’s no need to give it to , I grant it to you."

Khan Yamun did not believe a single word of what Skambuhe National Master said.

If the relic was truly as good as he claid, he would directly inherit it himself, why would he force it upon others?

Becoming the new Killing Buddha himself would be far more desirable, right?

Certainly, there was a huge flaw or danger in what Skambuhe National Master left unsaid.

Skambuhe National Master solemnly responded: "It’s not that I don’t want to, but can’t. This Slaughtering Relic can only be inherited by the reincarnation of the Killing Buddha, anyone else attempting to take it would not inherit its power but the karmic burdens of nine lifetis of slaughter.

Celestial Khan is the Buddha’s rebirth in this life, it can only be inherited by you, it’s your destiny, unstealable and unavoidable, and besides, you cannot refuse or alter it, now is the ordained ti of destiny."

As they spoke, the distance between them closed, and Skambuhe National Master forcibly placed the Slaughtering Relic onto him.

With only his head and half of his chest remaining, Khan Yamun had no ans of an effective counterattack, helplessly watching as the Slaughtering Relic embedded itself into his heart’s position.

Upon touching Khan Yamun’s flesh and blood, the Slaughtering Relic imdiately burst into a brilliant golden glow, and with a bang, the heart that Khan Yamun had just ford was crushed on the spot.

The Slaughtering Relic unapologetically took its place, actively pulling surrounding blood vessels to connect to itself, as golden light spread along them, seemingly to engulf Khan Yamun’s torso and head entirely.

Buzz!

A terrifying power began to emanate from Khan Yamun’s head, a tangible force of slaughter surged forth, making it impossible for those within to breathe, aggressively moving towards the Slaughtering Relic, seemingly to engulf it.

The Slaughter Godhood Shard sensed the intrusion and launched a counterattack.

Oddly enough, the counterattack from the Slaughter Godhood Shard seed to vanish like a stone sinking into the sea upon reaching the Slaughtering Relic.

No violent battle erupted.

To erupt into a battle, opposing forces are required.

One-sided confrontation barely stirs conflict.

Now, the situation revealed itself as such; within the Slaughtering Relic, the Slaughter Godhood Shard sensed no autonomous will, like a purely lifeless object, containing the purest power.

This power seed perfectly complentary to the Slaughter Godhood Shard, as the berserk power of slaughter swirled within, it suddenly cald, emitting threads of golden light, remarkably holy.

In that mont, Khan Yamun realized a profound truth.

The ultimate realm of life and death was not in simply killing or having one kill another; it was in causing people, by their own will from one’s words, to offer themselves as sacrifices, seeing it as an honor.

When slaughter wore a sacred guise, everything transford into a new order.

The tactics he used before appeared utterly shallow; had he understood this earlier, he could have founded his own Buddha Land of Slaughter, an earthly paradise in the Endless Wilderness, avoiding the need to invade Felen, and thus avoiding his current predicant!

Perhaps, in such a scenario, initiating an invasion would not leave him in such a passive state but with an endless number of followers to be leveraged.

With Khan Yamun’s epiphany, his entire body radiated intense golden light, as his physical form rapidly reford, more than a hundred tis faster than before, and within a few short minutes, a brand-new body erged in the air.

This new body sat cross-legged in the air, its proportions perfectly statue-like, its skin emitting a faint golden glow, and the power of slaughter that entwined it was red tinged with gold, becoming infinitely sacred.

No longer aimlessly hovering, they ford into countless souls of slaughter, sitting solemnly behind Khan Yamun, vaguely accompanied by the sound of Sanskrit chants, inspiring awe and a compulsion to prostrate in worship at his feet.
