The guess of that Life-Taking Lama was correct; this uprising by the Tukan Soldiers was not a coincidence but a carefully planned conspiracy.

Its purpose was to thoroughly intensify the conflict between the ordinary Tukan Soldiers and the Killing Vajra Lama, pushing them into a standoff.

Such situations weren’t erupting just within this Ten-Thousand n Barracks; similar instances occurred elsewhere, with every military camp having a high-ranking Tukan General intervening to temporarily suppress the conflict.

However, the anger stirred up in those ordinary Tukan Soldiers kept boiling within their hearts, accumulating over ti.

This anger and resentnt were not rely directed at those Killing Vajra Lamas but also at the desperate environnt they were currently in.

Counting everything up, their westward expedition had exceeded a year and a half.

Initially, there was ample supply, an imnse montum, coupled with the near-divine might of Khan Yamun.

They didn’t feel exhausted at all; even after traversing tens of thousands of kiloters, waging wars far and wide, they relished it.

However, since winter started this year, they faced successive defeats, and even the invincible myth of Khan Yamun was shattered in broad daylight, with only a part surviving, secluded long-term.

The total military strength was reduced to one-third of its peak state, and life supplies fell into extre scarcity.

The morale inevitably plunged into a slump.

Were it not for their retreat being blocked by Lake Asen, given the forr nature of the Tukan People,

the entire Tukan Army would have long since fractured, with the chieftains leading their tribes deep into the Endless Wilderness, even if Khan Yamun possessed near-divine powers, to no avail.

This was dictated by their survival instinct.

The Tukan People have always united for benefit and split when none is perceived.

Most of them gathered under Khan Yamun’s banner not out of profound loyalty to him but because Khan Yamun led them to conquer in the north and south, bringing them imnse benefits—many of the Tukan People only recognize their own chieftains and leaders, disregarding Khan Yamun.

When General Batumihe stepped out from the camp, heading towards the innermost Commander-in-Chief’s Tent, one by one, the high-ranking Tukan Generals erged from other camps, following him expressionlessly, soon numbering more than dozens.

As they delved deeper, a whole new world unfolded.

Red was omnipresent here; the tents, fabrics, and animal hides used for camping were all red, not the normal red, but like a dark red soaked and dried with blood.

Even the air seed to carry a hint of red, filled with a faintly sweet and salty scent.

No ordinary Tukan Soldier was in sight; it was either the bald Killing Vajra Lamas or the Lama Slave Soldiers with red cords tied around their arms.

Each one was equally robust and proud, completely dismissive of General Batumihe and the high-ranking Tukan Generals leading the way.

Several Killing Vajra Lamas brazenly blocked their path saying: "The Buddha is in seclusion for cultivation, no one is to disturb him, Generals, please return."

"We have important military intelligence to report to the Khan, we must see him today." Without needing General Batumihe to speak, the other Tukan Generals hurriedly said, "We’re discussing matters of life and death for us, do you dare to hinder?"

"Compared to the Buddha’s cultivation, everything else is trivial." The guarding Killing Vajra Lamas were unmoved, responding with a firm attitude, with no intention of letting these Tukan Generals enter the Khan’s Golden Tent.

"How dare you, what you’re doing is interfering with governance, isolating inside from outside." The Tukan Generals’ words were filled with boundless anger, "What good is it for you to lead us onto a dead end like this?"

"Do not bestow upon us these unfounded accusations, we’re rely executing the Buddha’s orders." The Killing Vajra Lamas remained composed amid the accusations.

Hearing the argunts, many of the Killing Vajra Lamas who were chanting Buddhist scriptures aloud, opened their eyes, silently gathering beside the gatekeepers.

Batumihe seed unwilling to wrangle with these watch dogs, suddenly stepping forward, shouting: "Skambuhe, co out and talk."

That step indeed brought about a storm.

Countless wrath converged from all directions, gathering upon him and upon those advanced Tukan Generals, resembling a torrent rushing towards the Khan’s Golden Tent.

This was why they first went to other camps before coming here.

By igniting the conflict between Tukan Soldiers and Killing Vajra Lamas, they gathered the forr’s anger into a united force in the form of a military spirit, for them to use.

"How dare you all!" The Killing Vajra Lamas roared angrily, forming Dharma Seals, chanting the Buddha’s na aloud.

An invisible golden barrier appeared in front of them.

Boom!

The two forces collided heavily.

The military spirit shattered into pieces, while the golden shield flickered incessantly.

The Killing Vajra Lamas at the forefront were the most unfortunate, spewing blood, turning into rolling gourds.

General Batumihe pressed on undaunted, taking a second step towards the Khan’s Golden Tent.

At this mont, all the ordinary Tukan Soldiers’ fury had gathered upon him, forming a terrifying phantom more concentrated than the ten-thousand-man military spirit, bearing a nine-tenths resemblance to General Batumihe.
