Skeleton Thrower (Special Ability) — This device can automatically load a Skeleton Bomb each round.
Any target directly hit will suffer 5D12 impact damage, and after the explosion, a radius of fifty ters will be covered, dealing 20D12 splash damage to any creatures within the area.
Philancy has truly mastered the use of the Skeleton Cannon, not only creating the Skeleton Blaster Cannon suitable for air combat but also developing air-to-ground Skeleton Bombs.
This allows the Shadow Flyer to combine the capabilities of both fighter jets and bombers into one.
As for the limitation on the Skeleton Cannonballs’ maximum usage and shared number of uses:
It’s not unique to the Shadow Flyer. Whether it’s the Death Stalker or the Skeleton Giant Artillery, similar restrictions apply.
Even though they are Undead, their power isn’t limitless.
Previously, no one forced them to exhaust their ammunition supply for the day, so this hidden trait went unnoticed.
The Shadow Flyer is entirely Philancy’s creation, providing clearer insights on its performance.
Upon reflection, Gaven’s feelings of loss dissipated.
Those Autonomous Crossbow Cannons also have a daily limit on the number of projectiles they can automatically load.
The various aircraft models on Earth are also restricted by their payload capacity. The Shadow Flyer’s automatic loading without weight considerations gives it a significant advantage.
Thirty-four loading cycles are more than enough for an air battle or a bombing raid.
Moreover, the quantity could easily compensate for any shortcomings.
If needed, just manufacture a few more units.
Gaven’s army is aggressively expanding its territory, with a continuous influx of Soul Pool Purification Essence at his disposal.
Skeleton Jet (Special Ability) — Once fully energized, this device attains a jet state. It can be used for a duration of Life Dice/minutes (29 minutes) daily and can be continuously or partially activated until the energy exhausts completely. By adjusting the Jet Speed, one can extend its usage ti.
This is one of the core abilities of the Shadow Flyer.
Path Blessing alters its performance slightly, erasing the distinction between paths and wilderness, calculating a 29% basic speed increase, which is indeed formidable.
Though it has usage ti restrictions, 29 minutes is more than sufficient.
At full speed, the Shadow Flyer can dash nearly two hundred kiloters.
In combat, it’s rare to use full speed constantly.
After all, few creatures in this world possess such speed.
Having an overbearing advantage over the enemy suffices; how much it’s superior doesn’t greatly matter.
It can operate like the Half-Moon Colt’s Energy Dash, using it partially as the situation demands.
It’s a test of combat techniques and timing.
A mindless Shadow Flyer couldn’t master it without equipping it with an intelligent brain.
Gaven already has an outline for this, intending to implent it alongside his next experint.
It’s worth noting that the Primordial Enhancent from the Soul Pool Purification Essence isn’t static; it’s also affected by Gaven’s Will, adjusting based on the object of enhancent.
Apart from the essential 2 to all attributes, the other ability enhanced in the Shadow Flyer wasn’t Summon Skeleton Soldiers, as it can’t airdrop Skeleton Soldiers from high altitudes—landing would extinguish the Soul Fire.
Gaven directed the extra energy to enhance the skeleton structure of the Shadow Flyer, greatly increasing its damage reduction and spell resistance, reaching the level of a Corpse Giant, making it significantly harder to shoot down.
For the Shadow Flyer, ensuring it doesn’t get shot down equates to victory. It can retreat far and strike back the next day.
For Gaven, this still isn’t the Shadow Flyer’s limit.
Or rather, creating a powerful airborne Corpse Undead isn’t his ultimate goal.
He intends to use it as a Shadow Coordinate to reestablish contact with ho.
However, he reached a dead end.
To connect with Weizemay Manor, Undead Divinity must be infused into the Shadow Flyer to complete its final transformation.
The problem is that Gaven is reluctant to establish direct contact with Undead Divine Power, having infused the Undead Divine Spark into the War Ravager, always guiding and controlling the Undead Divinity through it.
But the War Ravager is currently on the Material Plane and cannot be sent here.
However, if the Shadow Flyer establishes contact with ho, the War Ravager could be delivered alongside it.
The initial experint failed, but Gaven wasn’t surprised or disappointed.
Because he has a backup plan.
The thick bone armor on the Shadow Flyer’s belly opened, revealing the compartnt inside, where Gaven leapt up and sat in one of the seats.
Though its form changed, the Shadow Flyer retained the hollow cabin of the Skeleton Flyer, providing ample space for several people to sit or lie inside.
After entering the Shadow Flyer, Gaven’s Soul Consciousness imdiately enveloped it, bringing it under his control.
His Superstate Transformation can cover a Corpse Giant, so naturally, it can cover this too.
The powerful Intrinsic Attributes underwent another round of changes for the Shadow Flyer.
It beca slightly smaller, with more perfect lines, more solid, elegantly like a work of art.
At Gaven’s command, the Shadow Flyer shot out instantly, the process utterly silent.
This is the advantage of Hover Flight.
Until Gaven activated the Skeleton Jet, and torrents of energy airwaves gushed out with a trendous roar, rivaling the thundering of the Skeleton Cannon.
It seems neither Philancy nor Daphne considered this aspect.
Yet the force of these surging airwaves was evident, propelling the Shadow Flyer forward rapidly, reaching hundreds of kiloters per hour in re seconds.
As the intention infused, the energy continued to surge, constantly accelerating.
