...

...

Luo De’s voice rang out, and the noise inside the shop instantly stilled, everyone bowed their heads in respect.

Bain took a step forward, his voice filled with barely suppressed excitent.

"Lord, Alse can understand the runes, and it seems he can even carve them by hand!"

The crimson glow flowing over the Dagger made Bain almost certain that Alse had awakened his talent!

This matter was too important and shocking, Bain didn’t dare voice his suspicion, fearing it was just a dream.

Though Luo De was sowhat surprised, he stayed composed, walking forward slowly to observe closely.

Alse was completely imrsed in inscribing runes at this mont, wielding the Magic Steel Dagger across the War Axe without noticing Luo De’s presence.

Luo De also remained silent and prohibited anyone from speaking, waiting quietly.

Everyone in the Blacksmith Shop held their breath, with only the sound of the forge’s fire being heard in the room.

"Phew..."

After a long while, Alse exhaled deeply, and as he tried to stand upright, his body tilted uncontrollably.

Luo De reacted swiftly, supporting Alse with one hand as he was about to fall.

Others quickly gathered to steady Alse’s body.

Alse slowly opened his eyes, his voice weak, "Lord..."

"Go and rest first."

Luo De waved his hand, and two Yak People blacksmiths swiftly ca forward to take Alse away.

Luo De turned to pick up the War Axe, noticing the patterns on it were very similar to those on the Longsword.

Without any hesitation, Luo De swung the War Axe at the nearby iron ingot.

With a crisp "crack," the iron ingot was cut in half.

"It seems the effect is the sa as the Enchanted Longsword forged normally."

Luo De turned to the other two human blacksmiths who had received his legacy and asked, "Can either of you carve the enchantnt runes?"

Both shook their heads simultaneously,

"Lord, we can’t understand them at all..."

One blacksmith said helplessly.

Luo De nodded slightly.

If that was the case, the issue arose from the identity of the Yak People.

Luo De turned to Bain, "Do your Yak People have such awakenings?"

"Yes, Lord, our ancestors have many legends of rune craftsn who forged legendary items, it’s just..."

Bain scratched his head, full of confusion,

"Alse’s awakening was too sudden, according to legend after the twilight of the ancient deities, our people haven’t had rune craftsn appear."

Bain felt it was sudden, but Luo De didn’t think so.

With the effect of the Great Lord of Nature’s entry and the guidance of the enchanted ability of the ’refined edge,’ Alse’s ability to awaken a talent was not sothing strange.

The only question now was whether Alse had the ability to learn the runes.

Luo De gestured to Vivian, softly instructing, "Have Avril find so basic forging enchantnt runes and bring them over."

"Yes, Baron."

Vivian imdiately closed her eyes, repeating in her mind and conveying the ssage to Avril.

"Alright, everyone, get back to work."

Luo De calmly said to everyone, "Alse will be fine after a rest."

"Yes, Lord."

The blacksmiths responded in unison and then turned back to their respective workbenches.

Luo De felt an itch for blacksmithing as he looked at the anvil, unable to resist picking up a hamr to return to his role as a blacksmith.

Luo De was not suitable for prolonged forging work at the mont, so he could only choose to forge small items like arrowheads.

After finishing an arrowhead, just as Luo De was about to start the next one, the Frost Iron Guard hurried over.

"Lord, Madam asked to deliver this to you."

The Frost Iron Guard respectfully presented the to with both hands, "Madam said pages thirty-eight, thirty-nine, and forty-three are what you need."

"Thank you for your trouble."

Luo De took the to, and the Frost Iron Guard saluted before withdrawing.

Luo De held the to and walked towards the resting Alse.

Alse was already awake, looking sowhat puzzled, as if still surprised by the changes in his body.

Seeing Luo De approach, Alse hurriedly stood up.

"It’s fine, no need to salute."

Luo De waved his hand, signaling Alse to sit down, then stood beside the Yak man, spreading the to open on his lap and turning to page thirty-eight.

"Can you understand it?"

Luo De pointed at the intricate rune patterns and asked.

"I can’t understand this writing."

Alse shook his head, adding, "But this pattern looks pretty simple."

"Simple?"

Luo De looked at the tangled mass of lines in the to and frowned slightly.

Seeing this, Bain proactively suggested, "Alse, look closely, don’t be too careless."

"It really is simple..." Alse scratched his head.

"It’s alright, this is a basic enchantnt rune after all."

Luo De smiled, stopping Bain from speaking further.

Luo De wasn’t doubting Alse’s words, just that such a talent awakening among the Alien Race was still too astonishing.

Indeed, humans rely on cultivation, aliens rely entirely on awakening and mutation.

"So, Alse, can you replicate this rune now?" Luo De asked.

"No, Lord..."

"Hmm?"

Luo De stared at Alse, even Bain couldn’t help but glare at him.

"I don’t have the energy to inscribe runes..."

Alse scratched his head, a bit embarrassed.

"Oh."

Luo De breathed a sigh of relief.

If Alse couldn’t replicate other runes, this awakening was truly of little value.

"Do you have any thod for restoring your energy?"

Luo De asked, "Or do you just have to wait for it to slowly recover?"

"Waiting will restore it, as for the cultivation you ntioned, I don’t really understand."

Alse explained, "The ancestral legend said we could pray to our gods..."
