"Human, since you are the great Demon Emperor's successor, I admit defeat. What more is there to say?" the Great Majestic Demon King sneered. He feared the Cruel Demon Emperor, but he still looked down on Su Han.
"You are a demon, and so am I. We walk the sa path," Su Han said solemnly, making no effort to hide his intentions. "I wish to borrow your power, and you wish to escape the Black Blade. Only by cooperating can we both benefit."
"Why should I trust you? What if you go back on your word once you beco powerful? I'll have no way to deal with you," the Great Majestic Demon King retorted. He was old and cunning, not one to be swayed by a few simple words.
"I can't give you a guarantee on that," Su Han stated, pressing his advantage. "But you don't have any other options. Even without Demonization, I possess enough strength and talent to succeed. You, on the other hand, will never have another chance to escape."
Having absorbed the mories of many gods and demons, Su Han was no amateur. He knew his advantages and laid them bare, cornering the demon.
The Great Majestic Demon King fell silent. He had to admit that Su Han was right. With his talent and strength, and as the successor to the Demon Emperor, Su Han was destined to hold dominion over the world so long as he didn't die prematurely. If he missed this chance, he might truly never escape, especially since his last opportunity for possession was now gone.
Am I truly destined to be sealed here forever?
Su Han said no more, giving the Great Majestic Demon King ample ti to think. He was confident the demon would make the right choice. Su Han agreed to this condition. While he wouldn't slaughter the innocent, he had plenty of enemies. Providing their remains to the Great Majestic Demon King after killing them was perfectly acceptable.
With everything settled, a smile finally broke out on Su Han's face.
