Olga Marie's sharp scream echoed through the workshop as she frantically covered her most private areas with her hands—though it did little to hide anything.

"Adam, don't look!!!"

Her face burned crimson as she spun around, turning her back to him. Apparently being seen completely naked was far too intense for the forr Director.

Even so, the sight was enough to make anyone's blood run hot.

She peeked over her shoulder at him, cheeks flushed, her expression a perfect mix of embarrassnt and indignation. The combination of her flustered panic and those shy, angry eyes was utterly captivating.

But Adam felt… nothing at all.

Co on, I literally built this body myself.

Little Da Vinci, however, noticed sothing off about him right away. Thanks to her shorter height, she had a perfect view of exactly what was happening.

Adam gave Olga Marie a light, dismissive smile and handed her a set of clothes. She snatched them in a panic, the motion briefly revealing even more than before, though she didn't seem to realize it. She dressed in a hurry, but her flustered state left her uniform slightly disheveled—sohow even more tempting to certain tastes than when she had been fully bare.

Once dressed, she turned back to him, face still burning, eyes full of shy resentnt like a sulky young wife who had been wronged.

Adam felt a flicker of awkwardness under that stare. This part really had been his oversight.

"Sorry, Director. I didn't think it through."

"You really don't need to react so strongly, though."

"I made your entire body from scratch. I know every milliter of you, inside and out. Why would I get worked up over sothing I created myself?"

Who gets aroused by their own handiwork?

It's not like I was sculpting a cup or sothing.

"Ugh… w-what…" (disappointed)

Hearing that he felt nothing toward her body, Olga Marie looked down at herself. Instead of relief, an inexplicable pang of disappointnt twisted in her chest.

He really feels nothing…?

At that mont little Da Vinci stepped closer to Adam. Because of her height, she could see his "situation" with crystal clarity.

Adam felt the growing discomfort himself and twitched the corner of his mouth. Not wanting Olga Marie to notice, he quickly sat down and crossed one leg over the other.

What is that…?

Just as Olga Marie started to glance downward, little Da Vinci jumped in.

"Director! Your body has only just been restored!"

"There are bound to be many lingering issues. You need to return to your room and rest imdiately!"

Olga Marie blinked, then took stock of how she felt.

"But… I actually feel great."

She felt lighter and more energetic than she ever had in her life.

Little Da Vinci refused to back down, looking every bit the concerned physician.

"What you're feeling is only surface level. Your body is still in recovery. You need rest—now!"

She grew more insistent, even starting to gently push Olga Marie toward the door.

"Wait—hold on!"

Little Da Vinci was barely holding herself together. She desperately needed so alone ti with Adam.

But as Olga Marie was being ushered out, she glanced back at him with hesitation, as if wrestling with so internal decision. Finally she made up her mind, slipped free of little Da Vinci's grip, and turned to face Adam with a determined expression.

"Adam, there's sothing I want to discuss with you in private."

"Can you step outside with for a mont?"

Little Da Vinci froze. She had been hoping for the exact sa thing.

"Eh—?"

Before she could protest, Adam casually agreed.

"Sure."

Little Da Vinci's mind went blank.

"Ehhh!!!"

Under her stunned gaze, Adam and Olga Marie stepped out into the corridor. The door closed behind them, leaving little Da Vinci alone in the workshop.

dusa, who had been sleeping on the bed earlier, had already vanished at so point.

The heat building inside little Da Vinci was impossible to suppress. Her hand moved downward almost on its own. She scanned the room, then her eyes locked onto Adam's wardrobe.

Adam and Olga Marie stopped just outside his quarters and closed the door. Whatever she wanted to say was far too embarrassing to risk anyone else overhearing.

She looked at the man who had saved her life, eyes brimming with gratitude.

"Adam… thank you. If it weren't for you, I really would have been finished."

Adam smiled gently. Given his relationship with U-Olga Marie back in his own Chaldea, he genuinely felt what he had done was nothing special.

"It was nothing. I only did what needed to be done."

Those words deepened the feelings swirling inside Olga Marie.

She glanced around his borrowed room, suddenly growing fidgety, fingers twisting together.

"Um… Adam, are you… comfortable in this room?"

The nervous way she played with her fingers felt like a hint.

"It's fine for now."

Adam looked back at the room—he had simply picked an empty Master's quarters that wouldn't be needed anyti soon.

Olga Marie bit her lip, voice growing smaller and smaller.

"Would you… consider moving to a different one?"

She was thinking of the empty rooms near her own. If Adam stayed there, it would be far more… convenient.

But her voice was so quiet Adam didn't catch it.

"What?"

"N-nothing."

That single sentence had apparently used up every ounce of her courage. She couldn't bring herself to repeat it.

"I'll go rest in my room now," she mumbled, then hurried away.

Adam, sensitive to desire, sensed sothing beneath her words, but he let it go. A much larger problem was waiting for him inside.

He opened the door.

And found little Da Vinci sprawled across his bed, completely lost in pleasure, one of his personal items pressed to her face.

Adam's willpower, which he had barely managed to suppress monts earlier, surged back to full strength in seconds.

No more words needed.

Ti to fight!

...

Morning had arrived.

Adam and little Da Vinci walked into the command center together.

Olga Marie, Ritsuka, and the others were already waiting.

Ritsuka checked the clock—Adam was about thirty minutes late—and stared at him in disbelief.

"You can actually be late?"

"I thought soone like you would be punctual no matter what."

Adam and little Da Vinci exchanged a knowing glance and chose not to comnt.

Big Da Vinci, however, looked like she understood everything perfectly. Her gaze toward the pair carried an extra layer of amusent.

Olga Marie said nothing. Her tolerance for Adam being late was practically infinite; she assud he had simply worked too hard finishing her new body the night before.

The mont Adam entered, she deliberately avoided eting his eyes, afraid she might reveal sothing to the rest of Chaldea.

The staff, recognizing Adam, imdiately stood and offered respectful salutes.

Olga Marie had officially resud her position as Director, replacing Roman as acting Director.

She stared at the staff who had randomly risen, completely unaware it was because of Adam beside her.

"Why are you all standing? Sit down."

Most of the staff remained standing, their eyes flicking toward Adam as if seeking confirmation.

Olga Marie's brow furrowed. She felt her authority as Director being challenged and her tone grew impatient.

"Did my order not register? Sit down!"

She repeated herself more firmly, but still no one moved.

Just as she was about to lose her temper, Adam spoke.

"The Director has given her order. Sit."

Only then did the staff slowly take their seats.

Olga Marie: "???"

She looked from the staff to Adam and finally understood.

"Eh?!?"

Innocent little Mash was confused by the whole scene. She turned to Ritsuka.

"Senpai, why does everyone listen when Adam speaks?"

"It's like they completely ignore the Director."

Ritsuka stroked his chin, clearly entertained, and offered his analysis.

"Think about it, Mash. Ever since Adam arrived, he's cald the unrest in Chaldea, identified our enemy, explained the Singularities, and proposed solutions."

"More importantly, he's about to lead from the front and actually resolve the first one."

"Right now, without exaggeration, Adam is the direction Chaldea is moving toward."

"As for the Director… she's starting to feel more like a mascot."

Mash listened intently, then her eyes widened in realization three seconds later.

"So the Director's been… sidelined? Like in those stories?"

Ritsuka quickly clapped a hand over her mouth, but it was too late.

Mash's voice had carried just far enough for Olga Marie to hear.

Olga Marie had been trying not to overthink it, but Mash's words sent her imagination spiraling.

Her emotions were a chaotic storm. On one side was the man who had saved her life and whom she had feelings for. On the other was her family's legacy—Chaldea itself.

Now it seed her savior was about to take that legacy away!

If Adam's reason for saving her had been to seize control of Chaldea, what was she supposed to do?

Worse—were her feelings for him built on that very betrayal?

What was she supposed to do?

Adam, of course, saw her turmoil imdiately.

To be honest, he had zero interest in the Director's seat. Everything he had done was simply to keep Chaldea running smoothly. He just hadn't expected to accidentally win everyone's complete loyalty in the process.

The charm of a crowned incubus was truly terrifying.

He gently ruffled Olga Marie's hair—she didn't pull away—and spoke softly.

"Don't worry, Director. Your concerns are unnecessary."

"I have no intention of stealing your position. Think of as your assistant who can share the burden."

"Being the sole Director must be exhausting, right?"

"Besides, you can't hide anything from . I know everything about you."

"I-I… um…"

Having her innermost thoughts laid bare left Olga Marie flustered. For a mont she didn't know how to face him.

She felt more exposed now than when she had first woken up completely naked in front of him yesterday. This was a deeper, psychological nakedness.

Back in Singularity F she had genuinely wanted to rely on Adam, but now that it was happening, it felt strangely uncomfortable and unfamiliar.

Little Da Vinci, noticing Olga Marie's state, decided to give her the perfect push.

She leaned close to the Director's ear and whispered,

"If you're really worried Adam might try to take Chaldea from you, why not look at it differently? Aren't you the heir of the Animusphere family?"

"Why not simply welco him into the family as your husband? Then the two of you could manage Chaldea together."

Olga Marie should have scolded her on the spot.

Instead, the suggestion sounded unbelievably tempting.

She was already picturing it—Adam and her as husband and wife, ruling Chaldea side by side.

Whose surna would the children take?

She wanted them to have Adam's… but the family line couldn't be ignored…

Two children, then. One with Adam's na, one with the Animusphere na.

If they were having two anyway… maybe a few more…

Olga Marie had fallen headfirst into blissful fantasy, the corners of her mouth nearly reaching the ceiling.

Adam hadn't caught what little Da Vinci had whispered, but he could guess from Olga Marie's expression.

He was curious, though—why was Da Vinci helping him?

Little Da Vinci noticed his gaze and gave him a mysterious little smile.

Finally Adam repeated the important points to Ritsuka and Mash about the upcoming Rayshift and what to watch for once they arrived in the First Singularity.

Once preparations were complete, the three of them stepped into position.

Incidentally, Adam's Coffin had been built by little Da Vinci.

The broadcast voice began.

"Comncing Spiritron Transfer."

"Ti until Spiritron Transfer begins: 3… 2… 1…"

"All processes completed."

"Comncing actual verification of Grand Designation."
