’I will get her the suppressant. Keep everyone away from her floor. Shut down the entire building’s electricity if you have to.’
With that, Sebastian looked down at his wife, who was still touching him and licking his neck with the sa slow attention he had given her earlier, and despite the fact that he was burning with arousal and wanted nothing more in this world than to continue, he wrapped his arms around her and lifted her off him, placing her down on the bed.
She fell back against the bed and looked up at him in complete confusion, her face deeply flushed and her nipples standing visibly erect against the thin fabric of her pajama top, her dark hair fanning out around her head across the bed like a halo, with loose strands spilling across her cheeks and neck.
Her hands rested at either side of her head with her palms facing up and her fingers slightly curled inward as she gazed up at him. She looked absolutely fucking seductive and unreal, and she didn’t even know it.
Unable to help himself, Sebastian leaned over her and kissed her deeply one last ti, her arms flew around him instantly, but with a low, pained groan he pulled himself away, breathing hard. "Where do you keep your suppressant?" He asked, looking into her hooded, hazy eyes.
Viola’s brows drew together, that was clearly not the question she had been expecting, but she answered him anyway, pulling him back down toward her and wrapping her legs around his hips. "It is in my closet, inside the vanity drawer. Kiss again." She breathed softly.
Sebastian kissed her once more, only briefly this ti, refusing to let it deepen, and then gently but firmly pried her legs from around him and pulled himself free, disappearing into her closet before she could stop him.
Viola pushed herself up onto her elbows and watched his broad, bare back disappear through the closet door, and the mont his warmth left her body she felt the absence of it like a hollow carved straight through her chest. Her core throbbed and pulsed so insistently that crossing her legs only made it worse, and by the ti he walked back out of the closet she was already glaring at him.
Viola didn’t fully understand what was happening to her, she had never once forgotten to take her suppressant dosage before in her life. When she saw him approaching, she scooted to the edge of the bed and reached out to catch his hand, pulling him back toward her.
Sebastian didn’t resist, he ca to her willingly, but in his hand was the suppressant he had drawn into a syringe. As she began pressing kisses along his jaw and moving toward his neck, he drew in a slow, steadying breath and injected her arm in one swift, practiced motion.
She yelped sharply, pulling back to look at him with a deep, offended frown, but he had already emptied the syringe into her skin. Slowly, her body began to list sideways, her eyes growing heavy and then falling shut.
Sebastian caught her before she could fall and gently laid her down against the bed. When the suppressant was administered in a slightly higher dose than usual, it invariably pulled the body into sleep.
He had purposely given her a slightly higher dose to put her to sleep, because the suppressant wasn’t only going to suppress her pheromone, it would also kill the arousal entirely. And knowing her, she would find sothing to argue about just to hide her embarrassnt the mont it wore off. He looked down at her closed eyes, long lashes casting delicate shadows against her cheeks.
Sebastian gathered her carefully and placed her properly on the bed, her head resting on the pillow, before he sat down on the edge and reached out to Matt through their mind link. ’How is the situation now?’
Matt was quick to reply. ’Getting back to normal. I never knew her pheromones were that strong.’ He said, slumping back in a chair and pulling off the oxygen mask he had grabbed in desperation. Just what sort of shewolf would this woman turn out to be?
Though Sebastian had once told him about Viola’s pheromones and how it had been the very thing that had first pulled him to her when they t, Matt had never imagined it was this potent, strong enough to send every male in the building into a state of restless lust.
Everyone had been making their way back from the paradise garden when the scent of an aroused woman hit them all at once, and that kind of scent was not sothing werewolf n could simply resist and walk away from, especially given the deeply ingrained belief that any she-wolf who failed to conceal her sexual scent among males was essentially begging to be fucked.
’She has the strongest pheromones I have ever perceived,’ Sebastian remarked, his eyes dropping briefly to his unzipped trousers where his erection had still not gone down and continued to strain insistently forward. His gaze then moved to his peacefully sleeping wife and he let out a slow, heavy sigh before reaching over and pulling the blanket up over her.
’So have you found any more signs to indicate whether there is a wolf inside her, or whether she is the one?’ Matt questioned.
Sebastian was quiet for a mont as he finished tucking her in before he replied. ’No. Nothing yet that clearly indicates a wolf. I am still hoping that spending more ti with her will help, the way Doctor Gilbert advised.’
’Then should I put a stop to the search we discussed yesterday?’ Matt asked. ’If you still believe in your heart that she is the one since she has a twin, we may not need to keep searching for the other cure like—’
’No!’ Sebastian’s response ca too quickly and too firmly. ’Don’t stop. Keep them searching until we find it. If she turns out not to be the one, I can break the curse through that and I would never need to sacrifice her, or spend another generation searching for the prophesied one. Tell them to report their progress to by tomorrow. I need results before the thirtieth.’
’Hmm,’ Matt humd softly, already sending a ssage to Sebastian’s secret team of guards before he added with a grin that Sebastian could practically hear through the link, ’I am curious, did you two already finish your honeymoon? Is that why the pheromones went flying through the entire building? Are we to be expecting pups very soon?’ He teased.
’Fuck off man. Goodnight.’ Sebastian shut their mind link and then looked at his wife, who had curled onto her side beneath the blanket, her face peaceful and utterly unaware of the chaos she had caused within him and in the entire building.
He got up from the bed, discarded his trousers, and walked into her bathroom wearing nothing but his briefs.
In her bathroom, Sebastian did sothing he hadn’t done in a very long ti, he pleasured himself, breathing in the lingering traces of her scent that still hung in the air of the room, until he had eased the unbearable tension to so extent. Even then, it was the imagination of her that finally brought him release.
He took a very long, very cold shower afterward.
When he ca out, Sebastian knew better than to lay down beside her again, he wasn’t willing to put himself through that particular tornt for a second ti in one night.
He walked to her bedside, leaned down, and pressed a slow, lingering kiss to her forehead before whispering against her skin,
"Tomorrow will be your first day as Luna, love. Good luck. Goodnight." He pressed one last quiet peck to her lips, then straightened up and left the room, more than a little dejectedly. He hadn’t even left her place yet he was missing her...
