"Is it okay now?" Jasmine Yale asked, showing him the revised part again.
As she raised her head, her gaze happened to et his chin.
Sylvan Cheney nodded, "It’s okay."
"The efficiency is a bit low, please don’t mind it. I will get more and more skilled in the future. I’ve noted down all the words and sentences you taught today. If I encounter the sa ones again, I won’t bother you." Jasmine Yale pointed to a docunt she had created specifically for notes.
The docunt was open, filled with the things he had taught her.
"It’s no trouble," Sylvan Cheney’s face remained calm.
"Really?" Jasmine’s eyes twinkled like stars in the sky, shining brightly.
"Yes."
"But I’m sure you’ll say I’m silly."

"Shall I continue translating the next part?" Jasmine asked for his opinion.
"Sure, give it a try, and ask if you don’t understand sothing."
"If you’re going to manage the branch company in Cakago, who will take charge of Cheney Family here?" Jasmine asked curiously.
"Soone will take over."
"Oh." Jasmine nodded, not asking further as she didn’t quite understand these matters, "Why don’t you give so materials on secretarial work or finance to read? I can learn them in my spare ti."
"What, you don’t want to work in journalism anymore?"
"Journalism is my interest, but compared to working by your side, I would definitely choose the latter." Jasmine admitted frankly.
If possible, she truly wanted to spend every single mont with him.
"I told you, Cheney Family doesn’t give preferential treatnt. To join, you have to interview and start from the ground up."
"Got it!" Jasmine pouted.

Jasmine’s breath was uneven, her cheeks flushed, her eyes shimring with desire.
"Do you want to go to the balcony? I’ll make you a cup of tea," Sylvan asked softly.
"I’ll do it myself." Jasmine was flattered.
"You just need to tell if you want to drink."
Jasmine’s cheeks reddened, she nodded slightly.
How could she not want to drink the tea he made with his own hands?
Sylvan straightened up, a slight smile at the corner of his lips as he turned and walked towards the kitchen.
Jasmine watched his back, her heart in turmoil as if a jar of sugar had been spilled.
The sweetness seeped into her every fiber.
While he was making tea, she hugged her tablet and his notebook and headed to the balcony.
She chose the largest balcony on purpose, with a table, a sofa, chairs, and sunlight.
She tied her hair up with a sapphire blue ribbon and sat quietly on the chair, waiting for him to return.
The sunlight was bright, the floor gleaming with a clean shine, clear and warm.
