Ahead was a narrow road, fireflies fluttered along it, lighting the whole path like street lamps.
The road stretched on, brilliantly lit.
Like a path leading to a fantasy world, where at the end there seed to be a beautiful fairy tale world.
In that world, there is no separation, no sin, only purity and goodness.
Jasmine looked up at the starry sky, entranced by the fireflies: "President, can I make a wish?"
"Make a wish? Childish."
"Just consider it another birthday wish." Jasmine really closed her eyes and made a wish in her heart—

When she opened her eyes, Sylvan had sohow taken out a box.
He withdrew his hand from under hers and placed the box in her palm.
"Since you made an extra birthday wish, I’ll give you an extra birthday gift."
The box was small and black, understated, reserved, much like his style.
"What’s in the box?" Jasmine’s eyes were full of delight.
She hadn’t expected him to really prepare a birthday gift for her, but fortunately, the gift hadn’t been discarded.
"Guess." Sylvan showed so interest, squinting at her.
"Do I only get it if I guess right? What if I guess wrong?"
"If you guess right, it’s yours. If not... won’t you owe sothing?" Sylvan leisurely looked at her.
"Then I’ll take a guess." Jasmine felt confident she could guess, after all, he had given her many things before, "A necklace?"
Sylvan didn’t say a word, but his lips curved as he looked at her.
His silence told her she was wrong, so she continued guessing: "Snacks? No, how could snacks be in such a small box..."
"Idiot."
"Diamonds? Crystals? A watch? A wallet?" Jasmine quickly rattled off several more guesses, but Sylvan still didn’t respond.
None of them? Jasmine found herself stumped.
If none of those were right, then what was it?
Jasmine grabbed his wrist, resigned to her defeat: "I can’t guess, no more guesses, let see."
Jasmine’s joyful voice filled the car.
Sylvan held onto the box: "You didn’t guess right, so won’t you give sothing first?"
"What is there for to give you? Besides, who asks for a gift in return while giving one?"
