"Do you want to co or not?" Jasmine Yale asked teasingly.

"You! Is this considered bullying ?"
"If I were bullying you, I wouldn’t buy you snacks."
"Co here." Jasmine Yale sat on the bed, looking at his back. She didn’t like talking to him this way; she liked looking at him.
Only when looking at him did she feel at ease, able to capture the subtle emotions in his eyes.
With his back to her, she couldn’t guess his expression.
She didn’t like this uneasy feeling.
"What for?" Sylvan Cheney turned around.
"Co here," Jasmine Yale pouted, her watery eyes looking at him.
Sylvan Cheney, helpless, walked over to her, approaching the bedside.
Jasmine Yale suddenly sat up from the bed, knelt on it like a child, crawled over, and hooked her arms around his neck.
Sylvan Cheney was caught off guard, bent over, his brows slightly furrowed, "What are you doing?"
Her arms wrapped around his neck, bringing her face very close to his.
In his eyes, she saw a flicker of light, and also a hint of tension; he was worried about her.
Sylvan Cheney reached out to support her waist, afraid she would fall off the bed.
"Do you have sothing on your mind?" Jasmine directly asked, "Or are you really upset because of Mr. Carbon’s call? You sll strongly of smoke, you must have smoked more than one. I don’t like the sll of smoke, no more in the future."
"I know."
"Then tell , do you have sothing on your mind?" Jasmine’s eyes looked straight into his.
Unfortunately, this man was good at hiding, and she couldn’t read him even after watching for a long ti.
"What could I have on my mind?"
"Pregnant won are dumb, don’t play riddles with , I’m too lazy to guess," Jasmine looked at him, "Since getting pregnant, I’m too lazy to do anything, especially thinking, so don’t make think, if I guess wrong, it could be worse."
"I don’t have anything on my mind, don’t overthink." Sylvan Cheney pressed her waist, "Sit properly, stop fooling around."
"Okay."
Jasmine then let go and sat back on the bed.
"I’ll juice an orange for you." Sylvan Cheney walked to the kitchen.
In the bedroom, only the sound of the TV remained, and Jasmine watched it idly, lightly touching her ankle with her fingers.
The ointnt on her ankle was very cooling, making her especially comfortable.
Sylvan Cheney juiced in the kitchen, during which his phone rang several tis, and he answered each one.
They were all work-related matters, with several calls from Kade Yuvan.
Jasmine knew he was busy, but sohow felt it wasn’t worth it.
"Yes, I know, do as you see fit, give the contract once you’re done." Sylvan Cheney held a glass of juice in one hand and the phone in the other.
He handed the clear glass to Jasmine.
Jasmine took it with both hands, slling the sweet scent of orange juice.
She took a sip; it tasted great.
Sylvan Cheney hung up the phone and looked at her, "How’s the temperature?"
"Room temperature is just right." Jasmine took two more sips and raised the glass, "You should try so too."
