Sylvan Cheney was much more adept at holding a child than Jasmine Yale had imagined. Those years, he must have held Chale Cheney quite often.

The little girl thought it over and agreed: "When the baby is born, I’ll give it to him!"
The little girl chatted away to herself, sotis talking to Sylvan, like a little chatterbox.
In no ti, the girl’s mother ca over, a blonde-haired, blue-eyed woman from UT.
