Chale Cheney was persuaded and nodded while holding his phone, "Jasy is very good to Little Chale..."

Jasmine Yale was amused by his childlike words, "Who else would Jasy be good to if not Little Chale? Little Chale is Jasy’s little cutie, little baby."

On the other end, a bashful voice said, "Jasy, I love you."

"Jasy loves Little Chale too. Alright, give a kiss, go ho safely, and we’ll see each other tonight." Jasmine Yale kissed Chale Cheney over the phone.

Whenever she thought of the little guy, Jasmine Yale’s heart would soften instantly, her mind flooded with images of the little one bouncing around. She still vividly rembers the first ti they t.

Back then, the little guy carried a backpack with a big yellow duck, standing short on the other side of the street, happily calling her "Jasy" over and over, and wanting to cuddle with her to sleep.

After hanging up, Jasmine Yale looked up flights to Lonton.

Before the child is born, she could take the chance to visit Little Chale.

But soon, traveling long distances would beco difficult for her.

She had so concerns, worried that Little Chale might beco a child who didn’t like to study.

After checking the flight, she received a ssage from Sylvan Cheney: Dinner together tonight?

Jasmine Yale replied: No, I want to head ho early today.

Sylvan Cheney: Should I give you a ride?

Jasmine Yale: I can go back by myself.

Sylvan Cheney: Be safe on the way.

Jasmine sent him a "grinning" emoji and put away her phone.

The autumn night arrived early; by the ti work ended, the sky was already dim, fallen leaves swirling in the air, covering the ground with a golden carpet.

People walking on the leaves made them crackle, sounding like an erhu echoing from a deep alley, carrying the unique desolation of autumn.

After work, Jasmine Yale hurried ho without lingering, and definitely without working late.

Back ho, she picked out so gifts from the ones Sylvan Cheney had bought for the baby and packed them.

"Butler Santana, please send these gifts to Little Chale tomorrow," Jasmine Yale said with a smile.

"Alright, Miss Yale, are you missing the little young master?"

"Yes, I miss him day and night. I’ll find a ti to go see him," Jasmine answered.

"Miss Yale, perhaps you should wait until after the baby is born? Traveling long distances can really be exhausting now."

"I understand, I’ll consider it carefully."

"If you decide to go, let know in advance, and I’ll go with you."

"Alright." Jasmine agreed, "Evan will accompany for the upcoming checkup."

"Miss Yale, I’ve thought about this for quite so ti. I’ve been worried about this. I always find it odd for a man in a high position, wealthy, powerful, and single, to be interested in a pregnant woman. Miss Yale, I an no disrespect, but isn’t this suspicious? Miss Yale, I know you’re in love and may not listen to , but you should at least ponder this issue," Butler Santana said with concern.

Jasmine Yale smiled, "He has feelings for ."

"Miss Yale, a man like that, with high emotional intelligence and IQ, wouldn’t act purely on feelings like a teenager. Miss Yale, he might be deceiving you."

"Him? He’s foolish," Jasmine responded coyly, "he’s a fool."

Butler Santana shook his head at Jasmine Yale’s affectionate tone.

It seed that no matter how much she tried to persuade her, Jasmine Yale wouldn’t change her mind.
