She didn’t know how long she had been standing, but Ann Nolan felt her legs stiffen and her arms tingling with numbness.
Only then did she gather her thoughts, lower her head, and walk towards the car door.

Ann Nolan wasn’t concerned, raised the window, started the car, and reversed out of the parking spot, pretending she had seen nothing.

Ann Nolan’s car moved very slowly, and seeing Zaiden Santos’s dangerous and nearly shaless maneuver, she truly wished she could crash into the car again.

The two cars collided head-on, leaving only the space of half an arm’s length between them!
The Bentley was personally driven by Zaiden Santos. The man in the driver’s seat wore a white shirt and a vest, with a dark blue tie around his neck, looking debonair, steady, and elegant.
He squinted slightly, motionless, staring at Ann Nolan in the opposite driver’s seat.
His lips, sporting a half-smiling curve.
The man’s features were sharply defined, his lines deep, handso and striking, exuding the charm of a mature man from top to bottom.
Ann Nolan’s expression did not change, nor did she get out of the car, her gaze settling directly in front of her, landing on Zaiden Santos’s face.
Zaiden Santos had not co ho last night, and today Harper Glorian had made such a scene at TR.
She did not need to guess, Miss Glorian had been whispering in his ear.
This tie of his she had never seen before—it was new, likely a gift from Miss Glorian.
It wasn’t that she liked to fixate on details, but sotis this man was particularly tornting.

Ann Nolan, not wanting to leave the warm comfort of her car, bent her head down to retrieve her phone, located Zaiden Santos’s number, and called.
After a mont, the man opposite slowly picked up the phone, the corners of his mouth still curled in a slight, upward arc.
“Zaiden Santos, move your car,” she said.
“Why should I move?” he responded.
“How can you have no gentlemanly grace?”
“Teach then, what is called gentlemanly grace.”
Ann Nolan raised her head, her calm gaze fell on the man opposite.
