“Your house was renovated once, so it’s normal to not be able to find anything,” sighed Grandma Connor.
Then suddenly, as if she rembered sothing, she slapped her thigh, “Right, when Nancy Emtt threw away your mother’s things fifteen years ago, I picked up a notebook that had your mother’s photo in it. I’ve kept it, thinking to give it to you when you ca back.”
Jasmine was extrely surprised.

“There’s another notebook? Where is it? Can you give it to ?” Jasmine was genuinely surprised and delighted.
“Yes, yes, I have it. Just wait a mont, I’ll go find it,” Grandma Connor stated as she leaned on the wall to enter her house, “I was always wondering when you would co back. You were eight years old when you left, old enough to have mories, and I knew you would co back when you grew up. I never expected, you really did co back.”
“I’ve co back too late,” Jasmine lanted.
“Not too late at all, just good that you’re back. If you had returned a few years later, you might not have been able to see Grandma Connor anymore,” the old woman expressed emotionally.
Seeing Jasmine today had really been an unforeseen event.
She hadn’t expected the little girl to have grown into such a charming and beautiful woman, so much like Yana, equally beautiful and gentle.
She even spoke in a soft and gentle way.
