Jian Yufei looked at Ansel, who appeared calm and confident, as though victory was already in his grasp. She wondered if he might really have AAA.
But then again, maybe he didn’t...
Ruan Tianling still didn’t look at his cards, continuing to bet blindly.
He was playing mind gas—whoever lost their cool first would lose.
Ansel seed unusually confident this ti, continuing to bet... until all fifty coins were spent.
With no coins left, there was no choice but to reveal the cards and compare who had the strongest hand.

Seeing that, Jian Yufei didn’t bother looking further.
"Ansel, you lost," she regretfully inford him.
Ansel snatched up Ruan Tianling’s cards and flipped them over—

Ansel was in disbelief. "I thought my three Qs were big enough!"
It was over. He lost. A hundred hits...
Could his little head endure a hundred smacks?
Ruan Tianling was already rubbing his hands together, preparing. "You’ve already delivered your heads voluntarily. A hundred hits for each of you!"
Jian Yufei and Ansel turned pale.
Ruan Tianling grabbed each of them by the chin, his expression devilish. "Today, as your husband and your dad, I’m going to teach you both an important lesson. Do you want to hear it?"
"What lesson?" The mother and son asked in unison.
Ruan Tianling smiled smugly. "What goes around, cos around."
Both Jian Yufei and Ansel shivered.
Earlier, they flicked him so hard, with so much glee—now they had no idea how he planned to retaliate.
Mother and son exchanged a knowing glance, perfectly in sync. Ansel spoke first: "I’ve got a lesson for you too."
Ruan Tianling raised an eyebrow. "You’ve got a lesson? What lesson?"
Jian Yufei laughed and added, "Of all the strategies, running away is the best one—"
"Mommy, run!"
The mother and son pushed Ruan Tianling away, rolled off the bed, and tried to escape.
But Ruan Tianling wasn’t about to let them succeed. He shouted and lunged, grabbing both of them, pulling them back onto the bed.
Ansel quickly yelled, "Mommy, let’s team up!"
"Alright!"
Ruan Tianling laughed wickedly. "Even tead up, you’re no match for !"
"We’ll see about that!" Ansel dove at him.
Jian Yufei followed suit—
Soon, the three of them were wrestling in a chaotic heap on the bed.
Their laughter echoed for a long, long ti...

The storm was still raging...
The yacht continued its journey.
By evening, the yacht stopped at a port.
The storm had gone on for so long, and even now, the wind and rain were intense.
The sky was so dark and gloomy that the oppressive atmosphere made it hard to breathe.
Once the yacht was safely docked, Awei led a few of his n ashore to assist them.
The port was large, with many other ships docked there too.
A small sightseeing yacht happened to be parked right next to them.
Because the storm was too fierce and dangerous, Ruan Tianling planned to carry Jian Yufei ashore. Jian Yufei laughed and declined, "You should carry Ansel instead. He’s younger. I’m fine."
Ruan Tianling had no choice but to ask one of his subordinates to look after Jian Yufei, while he carried Ansel ashore.
The wind and rain were so strong that even with an umbrella, people’s clothes still got soaked.
