“The food is just ready, co and eat. Junqi is back too. He’s holding back from eating, but I’m worried if we go down a few minutes late, he won’t be able to resist and will eat everything.”
Jian Yufei couldn’t help but chuckle, “You know he loves to eat?”

Just from the aroma, Jian Yufei was drooling, let alone Junqi.
She hadn’t seen the child in a long ti, so Jian Yufei took a few steps forward to give him a hug.
“Junqi, did you miss Mommy?” she asked.
Junqi finally tore his gaze away from the food and looked at her face.
“Mommy…” he called out with a crisp voice and a bit of an accent.
Jian Yufei smiled joyfully, “This is Daddy.”
She pointed at Ruan Tianling and told him.

He gave Ruan Tianling a blank stare, then his gaze fell back on the food.
To him, Daddy was nothing compared to delicious food.
Ruan Tianling didn’t mind either. He went forward, handed him a fork and spoon, and said in English, “You can start eating now, eat as much as you want.”
Junqi jumped onto the chair, grabbed the roast duck with his hands, and started eating.
Ruan Tianling chuckled, supporting Jian Yufei in a chair, and served her a bowl of eight-treasure porridge.
“You can’t eat these greasy things yet. Have so porridge, and if you want to eat anything, tell , and I’ll make it for you later.”
Jian Yufei shook her head, “I don’t really crave anything.”
Ruan Tianling urged her to eat quickly. Jian Yufei took a bite of the eight-treasure porridge and found it quite tasty.
She had been eating porridge for the past few days, and it was getting bland.
The eight-treasure porridge was relatively more substantial and flavorful.
She had a big appetite and ate two bowls. Ruan Tianling’s eyes smiled into crescents, happier than her that she could eat well.
Ruan Tianling didn’t eat much, leaving the rest of the food for Junqi.
Jian Yufei looked at the little guy’s round belly with a frown and said to Ruan Tianling, “Don’t let him eat so much in the future; overeating isn’t good for him.”
Ruan Tianling nodded, “I know. It’s just that it was my first ti cooking for him, and I couldn’t help but make a little too much. Don’t worry, I’ll communicate with him and teach him knowledge, helping him slowly understand society.”
Jian Yufei felt much more at ease. With Ruan Tianling as a father to educate Junqi, the future Junqi would surely be very excellent, and she wouldn’t have to worry about him staying like this for a lifeti.
After eating, Ruan Tianling went to cut so apples.
Jian Yufei ate two pieces and then stopped, and they both sat and watched Junqi eat.
Junqi gnawed at a whole roast duck until only the bones were left.
He also ate a few chicken legs and didn’t even spare the cold mixed black wood ear mushrooms.
Jian Yufei pulled out a tissue, grabbed Junqi’s hand, and gently wiped his mouth.
“Don’t eat anymore, there’s more to eat in the evening, and there will always be food in the future. You can eat as much as you want, no need to rush.”
