Capítulo 1832: Chapter 1832: That’s Not Your Face
Junqi had a big question mark hanging over his head as he glanced at Ruan Tianling and then at Jian Yufei.
Jian Yufei and Ruan Tianling couldn’t help but smile; this child was so innocent!
They both couldn’t bear to deceive him.
Ruan Tianling smiled, “You’re too young, you can’t change it. Close your eyes, I’ll help you change it and conjure up lots of delicious candies.”
Junqi, half understanding, closed his eyes.
“Close them tighter, no peeking.”
Peeking was out of the question for Junqi; he was as pure as a blank sheet of paper, without any sneaky thoughts.
He squeezed his eyes shut, waiting for his dad to conjure up lots of candies for him.
At that mont, both Ruan Tianling and Jian Yufei held their breath, not daring to let him notice anything amiss.
Ruan Tianling, holding scissors, carefully snipped the strap on his mask. With a click, the strap snapped!
The mask imdiately loosened, and Ruan Tianling quickly took it off, just as Junqi suddenly opened his eyes!
This all happened in the blink of an eye.
Ruan Tianling stood up with his hands behind his back, towering above, with Junqi only reaching his waist.
The little guy looked up, his eyes filled with puzzled bewildernt, completely unaware of what had happened. But his face felt cool and different.
He sensed sothing had happened but didn’t know what.
He raised his hand to touch his small face, and it felt different!
Junqi was even more bewildered; what happened to his face?
He rubbed his face harder, but it still felt different, like sothing was missing.
Junqi widened his eyes, looking left, looking right, looking forward, and looking back.
His thing was gone, his face dropped, but where did it go?
Where was his face?
Junqi anxiously looked at Ruan Tianling and mumbled to ask him.
Jian Yufei snapped out of it and quickly asked Ruan Tianling, “What did he say?”
“He asked where his face was.”
Junqi asked again, and Ruan Tianling innocently shook his head, “I don’t know, what’s wrong?”
Junqi turned around, searching everywhere, and Ruan Tianling let out a sigh of relief; he was really afraid he would be suspected just now.
Jian Yufei hurriedly ca up, “Hurry and hide the mask.”
“Okay, I’ll take care of it right away.” Ruan Tianling ran off with the mask.
Junqi rummaged through the downstairs, but didn’t find his mask, so he went upstairs to look and still couldn’t find it.
He knew the mask would fall off; it had happened a few tis before.
He always thought of it as his face, thinking he could find it and put it back on.
But his face was gone!
Jian Yufei followed him, greedily watching his little face.
This child was indeed their child.
His facial features were exactly like Ansel’s; only, having worn a mask for so long, his skin was very fair and translucent, like a baby’s skin, white and tender, with visible blue veins and fine capillaries.
If Ansel’s appearance was handso, then Junqi’s was cute.
Clearly having the sa features, yet the two gave different impressions.
Jian Yufei held Junqi’s hand, “Baby, stop looking. That’s not your face.”

Jian Yufei led him to a full-length mirror, pointing to his face, “This is your face, it’s very nice.”

Junqi was shocked looking at himself in the mirror, who was he?!
How co he also had a mom?
Junqi took a step forward, and the him in the mirror took a step forward too.
His hand pressed against the mirror, and the person in the mirror did the sa, with eyes wide open, looking back at him and mimicking his every move.
