When Ruan Tianling returned, Jian Yufei had fallen asleep on the hospital room sofa.
Xiao Zexin still hadn’t woken up.

Jian Yufei didn’t insist further.
The room next door was their temporary residence.
Ruan Tianling placed her on the bed, helped her take off her shoes, and pulled the blanket over her.
"Keep sleeping. You haven’t rested well these past few days."
Jian Yufei had slept for a bit, but now she couldn’t fall asleep.
"Did Qi Ruigang agree to help?" she asked.
Ruan Tianling sat beside her: "He agreed, we’ll likely have news later."
Jian Yufei was very worried, afraid that they would receive bad news.
Ruan Tianling said, "Don’t worry too much about unknown things, overthinking is bad for your health."
"You’re right."
"I’ll handle everything else. You just sleep. I’ll wake you if there’s news."
Jian Yufei nodded, "Okay."
