But considering how tired Lin Shen was after the long day, Qin Yuenan couldn’t bring herself to say what was on her mind.

After kissing Qin Yuenan goodbye, the first thing Lin Shen did upon returning ho was dive onto his soft bed, where he lay face down for about ten minutes.

Lin Shen mused, then got up and headed to the bathroom. After stripping naked, he took a mont to admire his toned physique in the full-length mirror.
The double dose of extre exercise from mountain climbing and the marathon had made the muscles in his legs more defined than ever, brimming with a sense of power and firmness.
Plus, with the non-regression effect from Sports Health, Lin Shen felt his leg muscles could now rival those of so professional athletes.

Feeling quite pleased with himself, Lin Shen finished his shower and applied a face mask. Then he grabbed two cans of Coke and a bunch of Shine Muscat grapes from the fridge.
He then settled into the massage chair on his balcony, enjoying the fruit and checking his phone as the chair worked on his tired muscles.
Comnts on his latest post started rolling into his Xiaohongshu notifications.
Naturally, most of them were from random users expressing their doubts.
[You got like this after only a month of working out? Yeah, right! Look at the definition on those calves. That’s at least half a year’s worth of work!]

Instead of getting angry at these "provocative" comnts, Lin Shen simply raised an eyebrow. A faint smile played on his lips as he lay back in the massage chair, quietly waiting for the show to begin.
Sure enough, he didn’t even have to argue back himself; his fans had already opened fire.

Lin Shen couldn’t help but laugh out loud.
He used to think that these fans, who mindlessly defended their idols, might have so issues with their Spirit.
But now that it was happening to him, he found it was actually pretty great.

Lin Shen chuckled, then ignored the comnts on Xiaohongshu, closing his eyes to enjoy the massage.
The relaxation after such a grueling workout was definitely one of the best feelings in the world.
Lin Shen enjoyed the massage for over half an hour. Afterward, he peeled off his face mask and went to bed.
