.....

The worldview they’d always held was shaken.

In a mont of shock.

In the eyes of the Hetu fighter pilots, this person who looked human, and really did appear human, bent down and reached out—there was a creaking sound.

The hardened exterior of the jet, under his hand, seed as fragile as paper.

In an instant, it was torn into several large chunks.

Lu Ding reached out, grabbed one in each hand, and directly yanked both of them out of the cockpit and held them in his hands.

One of them even tried to say sothing.

Just as he opened his mouth, Lu Ding swung him against the jet—smashing him silent on the spot.

The other one was left with only fear in his eyes, dazed and vacant.

That reaction, Lu Ding was quite satisfied with.

He bent his knees and sprang upward—at the mont of takeoff, the fighter below him shattered mid-air into four flying pieces.

They saw his silhouette circle in the sky, eventually turning into a black dot that dove back into the distant Great Han aircraft.

Bang bang!

Lu Ding casually tossed them—both Hetu pilots landed in the cabin, slumped over in a daze.

They hadn’t even processed what had happened.

In their minds, they couldn’t figure it out—how can a human fly through the sky, and without even wings?

If a person could fly through the sky, and even outrun a fighter jet,

then what was the point of designing and manufacturing planes?

Lu Ding returned to his seat, picked up his teacup, took a sip—fragrance on the tongue, sweetness lingering.

“Perfect temperature.”

According to the 749 Law of Conservation, if Lu Ding sat down, soone else would have to stand.

This ti, the one standing was the counselor.

He got up and asked, “Which one of you said that earlier?”

The two Hetu fighter pilots ca to, looked at each other.

Just when Lu Ding and the others thought they might be tough guys,

both raised their arms and pointed at the other.

“Him!” x2

Lu Ding leaned an arm on the table and covered his mouth, chest rising—he couldn’t help but laugh.

The counselor swung his arm around and smacked one of them.

Smack!!

The blow was so hard the helt shards went flying.

“Don’t think I can’t tell who it was!!”

“Co on, say it again, curse to my face.”

That pilot kicked himself into the corner: “I’m a fighter pilot of Hetu, I represent the Hetu Air For—”

SMACK!!!

Another slap from the counselor.

He casually pulled out his phone, opened the cara, and aid it at the Hetu pilot in the corner.

The ringtone barely sounded before the video connected.

The counselor spoke up: “What group is this from Hetu visiting Dragon Wall today?”

The person on the other side replied, “One group per day, this is the third batch today.”

“Hetu’s ssing with . Pause all Dragon Wall visits imdiately. Kick them all out, have them wait at the gate. Also notify their air base commander to co et .”

“If I get there and their air base commander isn’t there yet, then starting today, all future Dragon Wall visit requests from Hetu—”

“Reject every single one and send them back to be rewritten. Minimum word count goes from five thousand to fifty thousand. Application materials from three sets to ten sets.”

“Review ti per application—change it to seven days!!”

There was a pause on the other end before asking, “Brother Guangrong, what happened?”

The counselor pointed at the Hetu pilot in the corner and said, “I was flying with my trainees, and he cursed at over the radio!”

“Pampered too much, huh? Can’t take a single bit of pressure. I’ll handle it imdiately!”

The call ended.

The counselor put away his phone and looked at the Hetu pilot in the corner.

“Starting now, you’re not allowed to say a single word. I won’t lay a hand on you—but your country’s full of people who can.”

Lu Ding shook his head—this guy was done for.

The bigger consequence wasn’t that he couldn’t fly anymore. The real issue was Dragon Wall.

But also—he deserved it!

Running his foul mouth even as they were leaving, just to show so defiance?

Well, karma’s a b*tch.

Still, it felt pretty damn good.

Rising from a sickbed with sudden strength—turns out I was the great power all along.

For ungrateful ingrates and foul-mouthed punks, this is how you handle them.

At that mont.

Nestled in Hetu’s mountains was a steel-and-concrete fortress: the Iron-Blood Base.

The view zood in.

Winding paths.

Finally stopping before a tall ice wall.

A group of young n and won in green uniforms stood beneath the wall.

They looked completely out of place next to the surrounding Great Han cultivators of Qi, dressed in black and standing at ease with an iron-blooded aura.

These were Hetu’s young cultivators.

Unlike the Great Han, Hetu was a chaotic country with complicated internal factions.

Ordinary folks were like that.

So were cultivators of Qi.

From a civilian perspective, Hetu looked like a unified nation.

But internally, power was divided by region and military zone.

And cultivator factions were tangled up in all of it.

Today’s visitors ca from one of the top southern military zones—a batch of elite young cultivators.

Staring in awe at the magnificence of Dragon Wall,

each of Hetu’s young prodigies was shocked, emotionally stirred.

They reached out to touch it, trying to perceive the energy within.

The wonders and revelations that flooded their minds reflected visibly on their faces.

Just as they were fully imrsed—

two figures approached.

“Brother He, let’s talk this out. How about this—I can take the others and leave to make space, let your Great Han prodigies co in first. But those two kids—can you let them stay?”

“I promise they won’t interfere with your people. I’ve already notified the air base too—their people are on the way.”

“Can we make an exception?”

One of the n, wearing a Great Han 749 uniform, walked in front.

“Don’t give that ‘brother this, brother that’ crap. That stuff’s ancient. I don’t speak your language. Situation’s changed. Take everyone and get out, now!”

As he spoke,

He Tai stepped over and yanked a lever.

BOOM!

A rumble followed.

All the Hetu prodigies touching the Dragon Wall suddenly felt a jolt—electric currents flashed, and the visions in their minds collapsed and vanished.

They all snapped their hands back, retreating pale-faced, gasping for breath.

Seeing this, the commander of the Hetu Southern Military Zone looked a bit displeased.

“Is that really necessary? We...”

He Tai suddenly turned, pointing at him: “I’m notifying, not negotiating. You’ve been dragging this out. If you don’t wake them up, I will!”

“You had your ti under the rules. Now it’s after the rules. Whatever happens now, that’s on you!”

“Courtesy first, then force—that’s how we do it in Great Han. Understand!?”

Han wasn’t unreasonable—they gave you ti, and you didn’t use it. Wanted to drag your feet.

Well, too bad.

This isn’t so street market—no haggling here.

The two locked eyes.

Today’s Hetu leader gave a slight nod.

It was an admission of fault.

Seeing that, He Tai finally said again: “Now I’m informing you—five minutes. Within five minutes.”
