When Ch'en heard this, she thought of how Flandre Scarlet had been watching her with a beaming smile while she was struggling to communicate with others just now, and her face instantly turned red with embarrassnt. Then, in a fit of pique, she reached out and pinched Flandre's cheeks.

"Fine then, you were just watching make a fool of myself, weren't you!"

"I wasdn't~~~"

After the two of them played a ga of tag in the park for a while, Ch'en finally spoke up. "Speaking of which, is there anywhere you want to go?"

A flash of shock crossed Flandre's eyes. "Why would you ask that, Sister Ch'en?"

"Don't forget, I'm an inspector for the Major Cris Unit. I've dabbled in criminal psychology and micro-expressions. You little rascal kept asking about Zwillingstür on the way here, and since we arrived, your eyes have been darting all over the place. It's obvious you're interested in sothing, soone, or so place here."

"Hehe, I want to go to Enwadd Ludwig University!" Flandre said, raising her hand.

"Enwadd Ludwig University! I've heard of that school. Among the exchange students who ca to Lungn from Leithanien before, there were several little students from that university."

Ch'en recalled the list of Leithanien students who had participated in Flandre Scarlet's lecture back then; most of them were from this school. Moreover, their level of research into Originium Arts was indeed very high. Aside from the students of the Celestial Masters Mansion, they were among the few who could participate in discussions without being overwheld.

"Why do you want to go there? Is it because of that lecture in Lungn?" Ch'en quickly found an excuse for Flandre.

"Sothing like that. Teachers who can produce students of that caliber must be very capable themselves," Flandre said noncommittally.

Since they had a goal, the two of them walked toward Enwadd Ludwig University, asking for directions as they went. Over an hour later, they finally reached the university gates.

"So this is a Leithanien university? It looks like it has a lot of history!" Looking at the antique-style university before her, Flandre marveled.

"Indeed!" After saying that, Ch'en looked at the university gates. "Now here's a problem: how are we supposed to get in?"

Flandre pulled her to a nearby stationery shop to buy paper, a pen, and an envelope. Then they sat down in a dessert shop next door, where she wrote for a while. After finishing, she put the letter in the envelope, walked up to the main gate, and handed it to the guard.

"Hello, we have a letter here for Professor Fremont. Could you please help us deliver it?"

Hearing that the letter was for a professor, the guard naturally didn't dare to be negligent. He took it and stated that he would have the school ssenger deliver it to Professor Fremont's hands. Flandre and Ch'en then returned to their lodgings.

"Are you so sure that professor will see you?" Ch'en asked curiously on the way back.

"I'm not entirely sure, but you have to try to find out, right?" Although Flandre said this, she felt the chances of eting him were quite high.

Sure enough, that evening, a letter from Enwadd Ludwig University was delivered to the caravan. Flandre waved the letter at Ch'en. "Sister Ch'en, see, I was right!"

"It seems you really did get lucky! The ti the other party invited us for is tomorrow afternoon. Let's not forget our manners." Ch'en was also very happy; she reached out and rubbed Flandre's cheek.

At the sa ti, a copy of Flandre's letter appeared on the desks of the two queens.

"That little Blood Demon from Lungn has appeared in Zwillingstür with the caravan bound for Ursus! Soone, bring the recent intelligence on Ursus! ...Hmph, typical Ursus. A count died within their borders, and they haven't made a peep. The Reunion Movent? It's a good thing to have such an organization of Infected helping to draw Ursus's attention in the north. Send down the orders: as long as the supplies Lungn provides to that Reunion Movent don't involve anything harmful to us, they can be allowed through."

The Black Queen, Hildegard, gave a cold laugh after finishing the briefing on Ursus.

"Do we need to stop their eting?" Lieselotte's voice rang out from the other side.

"Would you stop it?"

"I wouldn't!"

"Well, then. Look at what's written here: 'I have heard that Enwadd Ludwig University is a Leithanien institution with a long history and the deepest research into Originium Arts. I have had a very friendly exchange and learning experience with your students in Lungn, and I hope to et the teacher who taught such excellent students on this visit.' This is quite nicely put!"

Hildegard's voice was cold and tinged with mockery, as if saying that if others co for an exchange, it would seem too petty of them to refuse. The other side didn't speak again, falling into silence. Hildegard set the intelligence aside. "Keep a close eye on them. As long as they don't do anything excessive, leave them be!"

A person in the shadows not far away bowed to her and then vanished on the spot.

The next morning, Flandre and Ch'en, having finished breakfast, went out together to walk the streets. In fact, it wasn't just them; others from the caravan were also wandering around outside. Mainly because Zwillingstür in autumn was so beautiful. Since they had to rest for a few more days anyway, staying indoors was truly worse than going out for a stroll.

At noon, Flandre and Ch'en walked to the gates of Enwadd Ludwig University. After presenting the invitation that had been sent along with the letter the previous night, the two of them successfully entered the school. A youth who looked like a student seed to have been waiting for them there for a long ti.

"Hello, both of you. My na is Levi. Professor Fremont asked to take you to his office."

"That's wonderful. It saves us from having to ask for directions all the way. By the way, Sister Ch'en, this is our first ti here. Could you introduce the scenery and features of your school along the way?" Flandre blinked her eyes curiously.

"Of course. Our Enwadd Ludwig University is the best comprehensive university in all of Zwillingstür, and the strongest!" The youth's face was full of pride.

It was clear he was extrely proud of his school. Along the way, the boy was like an open book, constantly introducing various sights along the path. A path that should have taken only ten minutes to walk took the three of them half an hour. But both Flandre and Ch'en were quite satisfied with this. After all, they heard many interesting tidbits and stories that would be difficult to obtain outside.

Shortly after, the group arrived at the base of a high tower.

"Professor Fremont is inside. Please go in, both of you!"

After reaching the door, Flandre noticed the other party wasn't following and couldn't help but ask curiously, "Aren't you coming with us?"

The boy shook his head. "The professor only asked to bring you two here; he didn't ask to go up with you. Once you're inside, there's only one path leading up. The second floor is the reception room. You can just go there and wait for the professor."

"Then thank you for your hard work!" Ch'en nodded to him, then took Flandre's small hand and walked into the tower together.

When the two of them reached the second floor and opened the door, they saw a person standing there with his back to them. A television not far away was playing the video of Flandre's previous teaching session in Lungn. Hearing the door open, the man turned around and scrutinized Flandre with a searching gaze.

"I didn't expect a re brat to have such skill. Although much of the content consists of old ideas from decades ago, to be able to integrate them to this degree... I must say, you are indeed a genius."

Seeing the man's thin fra and the goatee on his chin, Flandre knew that the person before her was the man himself, Professor Fremont.

"Good afternoon, Professor! (Sarkaz language)"

"As I thought, it's nothing good for a brat like you to co see . I'm warning you beforehand: this place is being watched. If there's even the slightest problem with your words or actions, I'm afraid you won't be leaving Zwillingstür." Fremont gave a cold snort before he spoke.

Flandre wasn't angry at his wary attitude; instead, she took out a video tape.

"Professor Fremont, I have a video here. I hope you can take a look and see if there are any issues with the operations shown. Also, with your knowledge, could you help us provide a solution?"

Fremont took the videotape and inserted it into a nearby player. Then, the television displayed the entire process of the three of them performing "surgery" on Talulah. Fremont didn't say a word, but instead crossed his arms and quietly watched the entire recording.

After the recording finished, he closed his eyes and pondered for a long ti before speaking.

"I have to admit, the boldness of you youngsters has exceeded my imagination. From these Incantations and that little Banshee's Magic, I can tell it must have been your first ti! To dare to play around like this on your first try... your boldness is one thing, but the person you were casting the spell on was also quite daring. I can only say your luck is truly very good."

"First, let's start with the Incantations in the room. The dense surroundings do look quite intimidating, but there's at least twenty percent redundancy here. Then these parts, and these, basically had no effect at all, and even acted as a considerable drag on the entire array's cycle."

Fremont waved his hand, and a blackboard appeared nearby. Holding a pointer, he pointed out the problems in the video while writing down so of his own views and solutions on the side. Flandre nodded repeatedly on the side, occasionally having monts of sudden realization.

As for Ch'en, she was currently holding a recorder, carefully docunting his every word and action. Fremont also saw her movents, but he didn't stop her. To be fair, after watching that video, he indeed felt a desire to nurture them.

By the ti he finished talking about the Runes, more than half an hour had passed. Then he pointed to Logos in the video, who was about to start casting spells.

"What is the relationship between this little fellow and that Banshee King?"

"His na is Logos. He is the only male Banshee in the Valley, and he is that Banshee King's child." Flandre did not reveal Logos's true na.
