As he finished speaking, his own phone suddenly rang.
Wen Jin took out his phone, walked a few steps away from the couch, and picked up the call. “Hello, Zhiyan.”
“Ah Jin, I tried calling Ah Kai, but his line is busy. Are you with him right now?” Lu Zhiyan’s anxious voice ca over the line. Wen Jin’s expression shifted slightly as he frowned and asked, “Ah Kai is here. What’s the matter?”
“Tell him to co to the comrcial center quickly. Fang Zhiwei is on the rooftop and about to jump…”
Hearing this, Wen Jin’s face went pale. He turned to look at Gu Kai.
On the couch, Gu Kai had just taken the phone from Tongtong to speak with Bai Yiyi, but before he could say anything, he heard Wen Jin ntion his na, prompting him to look over.

Through the phone, Lu Zhiyan’s shouts pleading with Fang Zhiwei could be heard clearly. Wen Jin furrowed his brows even deeper before stepping forward and snatching the phone out of Gu Kai’s hand, cutting off his call with Bai Yiyi. “Fang Zhiwei is threatening to jump. Zhiyan says you need to go over there imdiately.”
“Ah Jin, did you just say Fang Zhiwei wants to jump off a building?”
Seated on the adjacent couch, Gu Yan, who had been quietly watching TV and had not yet intervened in the conversation, imdiately raised his head in concern upon hearing that. He looked at Wen Jin with worry.
