Wen Jin turned down a social engagent to co to Mo Xiuchen’s house for dinner.
He was accompanied by Jing Xiaocha.

Gu Kai shrugged, turning his head to look at Tongtong who was playing energetically, “I missed my little beauty.”
“You still rember Tongtong, huh? It must be Yiyi who wanted to co back.” Wen Jin didn’t believe Gu Kai’s words; this guy even dared to elope with Yiyi.
Although Mo Xiuchen calculated against him first, since he knew about Mo Xiuchen’s plan, he naturally wouldn’t be fooled again.
He purposely chose to elope with Yiyi, not only to outsmart Mo Xiuchen but also to leave Tongtong behind for so couple’s ti with Bai Yiyi.

Bai Yiyi took out a gift she bought for her, a bracelet.

A hint of surprise flashed in Jing Xiaocha’s eyes, maybe because her voice was too astonished, both Gu Kai and Wen Jin looked over at her.

A sly glint flashed in Bai Yiyi’s eyes as she looked at Gu Kai and Wen Jin, “President Wen, Ah Kai, what do you think, isn’t this what Xiaocha ans?”
Gu Kai chuckled, glancing at Wen Jin, “Yes, Xiaocha indeed can date now, date through college, then get married.”
“You two, don’t lead the child astray. Xiaocha is a student; she should focus on her studies, not dating.”
Wen Jin glanced at Gu Kai, not looking at Jing Xiaocha.
Listening to his words, Jing Xiaocha instinctively lowered her head.
She felt a tiny bit happy, yet a little disappointed too, not understanding how these conflicting feelings arose.
She was happy that Wen Jin didn’t say she could date, but told her to focus on her studies, which reassured her.

Bai Yiyi nudged Jing Xiaocha gently with her elbow.
