Chapter 34: 034 Verbal Hints
Wen Ran glanced down at the necklace around his neck and said indifferently,

MO Xiuchen’s gaze flickered slightly, and out of the corner of his eye, he glanced at Cheng Jia. The latter showed a hint of surprise on her face, seemingly not expecting Wen Ran to ntion it directly.
Then imdiately laughed it off, explaining, “We got along so well with Miss Wen earlier that I accidentally slipped out the truth, Young Master MO, you won’t bla , right?”
MO Xiuchen glanced at Cheng Jia, then at Wen Ran, and calmly said, “I only found Cheng Jia a few days ago. More than a decade ago, she saved .”
A hint of confusion crossed Wen Ran’s eyebrows. Just now Cheng Jia ntioned that he had been hard as a child, but she didn’t elaborate. Now, MO Xiuchen was readily telling her that Cheng Jia had saved his life.
