Everyone was shocked as Gu Kai not only didn’t explain himself but unexpectedly turned the questions back on them. His tone was frigid, and his charisma was intimidatingly cold.
They all froze simultaneously.
For a mont, no one knew how to answer his question. On hearing this, Wen Jin’s expression slightly changed.
Seeing the icy look on his face, Li Qian had her answer. She sighed sadly, “I understand now.”
Wen Jin looked up at Li Qian and tried to smile, “Sister Li, you’re pregnant now. Go ho and rest. With Mo Xiuchen around, Ranran will be fine.”
Mo Xiuchen was able to take Ranran away imdiately, leaving behind the MS Group. What else could Wen Jin not be reassured about?
Even if, in the worst-case scenario, Ranran found out the truth, he believed that Mo Xiuchen, with his capabilities and bone-deep love for Ranran, could help her get through it.
However, they all hoped that day would never co. They yearned for Ranran’s illness to be cured and for her to beco a perfectly healthy woman who could live a complete and happy life.

Li Qian had spoken gently, treating Wen Ran like a younger sister. How could she rest at ho when Ranran was going through all this?

Xiao Wenqing looked at the posts on her phone, her cold, twisted smile appeared, “This is great, let’s see how Mo Xiuchen handles this. He married a woman who can never have children. Haha, I can only imagine the look on Mo Jingteng’s face.”
Wu Tianyi also had a smug look on his face, “If only we could see Mo Xiuchen’s expression now. And Wen Ran, she’s probably heartbroken. If it wasn’t for the cops chasing us, I’d want to go back to G City.”
They had barely managed to shake off the police last night and led them elsewhere before Wu Tianyi and Xiao Wenqing could find a temporary place to hide.
Fortunately, he had been prepared. He had bought properties in several cities.
