Chapter 615: 614 Never allow to tell her
“Mo Xiuchen, Ranran has always wanted a child that belongs to both of you. Once her health is restored, you two can have a smart and adorable baby,” Gu Kai’s tone bore a touch of teasing laughter.
Images of two adorable babies erged before Mo Xiuchen, one resembling him and the other resembling Ranran. These two little beings revolving around him and Ranran, their honeyed voices charmingly calling them ‘Daddy, Mummy.’
His grip on the phone suddenly tightened.

“Ah Kai, promise , no matter when, never tell Ranran the truth,” Mo Xiuchen abruptly said after a long silence.
“I know. You and Ranran are equally adamant. She also forbade to tell you the truth back then. My father is still in D Country, he, Professor Brown and others are still developing dicines. You said that you have done all these in wait for the day of a successful experint. You better rember what you said,” Gu Kai finished his sentence through gritted teeth.
Back then, Ranran had repeatedly implored him not to tell Mo Xiuchen the truth. She even said that if she forgot Mo Xiuchen or if she died, he should also forget her and start anew, so he wouldn’t be sad.

“I’ve discussed with Wen Jin and decided that we will prepare your wedding with Ranran for you. The date will be on the sixth day of next month,” Gu Kai inford.
He knew Mo Xiuchen’s intension very well. Mo Xiuchen wouldn’t let them prepare the wedding as it was pending an outco. Now, the outco was as he had anticipated, and he had granted his wish. Mo Xiuchen had no base to renege on his agreent with Ranran to hold a wedding ceremony.

“Ah Kai, there’s no need. I will personally handle my wedding ceremony with Ranran. The date is set on the sixth day of next month alright. As for other things, you and Wen Jin don’t need to bother, I want to handle it by myself.”
The sixth day of the following month, precisely one month from now.
“Fine, I’ve been in contact with a few wedding companies, but we’ve not made our final decision. We’ll wait for you to decide once you guys are back,” seeing Mo Xiuchen agree, Gu Kai compromised.
After ending the call, Mo Xiuchen headed towards the bathroom. Two minutes later, he returned to the bedside with a basin of hot water, bending down to give Wen Ran a delicate kiss on her lips. He kindly gazed at her tranquil sleeping face, spoke endearingly, “Lazy pig, you should have slept on the plane. You made yourself so tired.”
He chuckled lightly, wrung out the towel to wipe her face. Wen Ran seed to dislike the feeling of the towel on her face in her sleep and reached out to grab it.
“Ranran, don’t move.”
Mo Xiuchen laughed softly and held her hand. He lightened his touch, wiped her face, and then her hands.
After cleaning Wen Ran, he himself took a bath. Back on the bed, he didn’t imdiately go to sleep. Instead, he opened the laptop and started working.

City G, late at night
Embracing the weary Shen Yuting, Jiang Liu gently said, “Yuting, I’m not working tomorrow. Wherever you want to go, I’ll accompany you.”
“You’re not working tomorrow?”
Shen Yuting opened her eyes in surprise. It wasn’t even the weekend.
Jiang Liu flashed a smile, “Yes, I have a business trip on the weekend. I’m going to City C to discuss a case. Technically, I was supposed to prepare tomorrow, but I’ve already finished everything in advance. Therefore, I get a day off.”
Tomorrow was Shen Yuting’s day off. In the afternoon, her cousin called to invite her for shopping, but she did not agree because she was feeling down.
“Since you have a business trip the day after tomorrow, take a good rest at ho tomorrow. Don’t think about running around. I don’t want to go anywhere.”
Shen Yuting’s voice was soft, with an undertone of sadness.
Jiang Liu was taken aback. Seeing her downturned eyes and tightly pressed lips, he noticed a hint of sadness emanating from her. His brows knitted worriedly, he asked, “Yuting, what’s wrong? Are you not feeling well or is there sothing troubling you?”
Shen Yuting did not reply, only pressed her lips tighter.
Jiang Liu’s gaze flickered, a possibility flashed in his mind. He asked tentatively, “Yuting, could it be… that your cousin’s condition has worsened?”
