Chapter 737: Don’t bother Ranran anymore
Wen Ran’s face subtly changed when Qin Mu said, “Maybe Mo Xiuchen will be back soon.” Was he really going to be back soon?
“Mo Jingteng wouldn’t be stupid enough to let Mo Xiuchen co back and buy Haochen, would he?”
She found it hard to believe.
Mo Jingteng had forcibly taken Mo Xiuchen away, pressuring her and Cheng Jia to promise they would never disturb Mo Xiuchen again.
He should have kept Mo Xiuchen far from them.

She asked confusedly. Wasn’t Mo Jingteng afraid that once Mo Xiuchen interacted with them, he would rember the past?
“Could it be… he’s doing this to get back at Mo Xiuchen for leaving the MS Group?”
Qin Mu nodded, “I’m not sure if Mo Jingteng is taking revenge on Mo Xiuchen, but he will definitely retaliate against all of us.
He believes that Mo Xiuchen left the MS Group and took so of its elite mbers away because of us.
After that, Haochen’s audacious move to snatch business from MS and other competition are all Mo Xiuchen’s doings.”
Wen Ran’s brows tightened a little. The words she spoke displayed a hint of annoyance, “If Mo Jingteng really does such a thing, he’s going too far. He has already taken Mo Xiuchen away, and I promised not to disturb Mo Xiuchen again.
Why would he still let Mo Xiuchen co and deal with us? Isn’t his goal to retaliate against Mo Xiuchen?”
Subconsciously, Wen Ran felt that Mo Xiuchen would recall the past sooner or later.
If Mo Jingteng let Mo Xiuchen purchase Haochen, and let him fight against them, once he rembered everything, he would feel guilty and remorseful. He would be upset.
Seeing Wen Ran getting sowhat emotional, Qin Mu softened his tone, saying comfortingly, “This is just my guess, Mo Jingteng might not do that. You don’t have to feel upset. Besides, even if Mo Xiuchen cos back, I will not let him purchase Haochen.”
Mo Jingteng should know that Haochen isn’t sothing he can easily purchase.
His guess that Mo Jingteng would let Mo Xiuchen co and purchase Haochen was based on this principle.
He thought that Mo Jingteng would make use of the relationship between Mo Xiuchen and them, with him as the interdiary, they wouldn’t resist.
“But you can’t be discharged yet, Qin Mu. How about you get out a few days later, I’ll go to Haochen to work first and update you on any news over the phone.”
Thinking about his physical condition, Wen Ran imdiately beca serious again.
Qin Mu slightly smiled, speaking calmly, “I’m fine, Mo Xiuchen started working less than a month after his surgery, while I’ve been resting for more than two months.”
As this was brought up, Wen Ran wanted to persuade him further, but the words got stuck in her throat.
As Qin Mu wished, he was discharged from the hospital.
Because the next day was Sunday and Ah Kai had a day off, he asked Qin Mu to stay at the Gu Family’s residence for two nights, and then head to City C on Monday.

When Zhou Lin’s call ca, Ah Kai and Qin Mu were in the middle of a fierce chess battle.
Wen Ran was on the side, eating seeds and drinking tea, appreciating the battle between these two chess experts.
Since it was an unknown number, Wen Ran didn’t know it was Zhou Lin calling at first.
When she picked up and heard Zhou Lin’s voice, she couldn’t help but frown.
Ah Kai and Qin Mu continued their battle, but out of the corner of their eyes, they both observed Wen Ran. Seeing her frown, Qin Mu’s eyes narrowed.
Ah Kai simply stopped and took a sip of the tea nearby, watching Wen Ran.
“If you have sothing to say, say it over the phone,” Wen Ran’s voice had a cool edge, indicating that the person on the other end was not soone she was fond of.
She would never use this tone towards her friends or family.
Qin Mu and Ah Kai exchanged a glance, each guessing who was on the phone with Wen Ran.
They soon found out who was on the other end.
“Mo Zixuan is an adult, he should pay for his own mistakes. As for how the law will judge him, that’s not sothing I have any control over or can help with. Instead of coming to , you’d do better to hire a good lawyer for him.”
Wen Ran’s rejection was clear.
However, Zhou Lin on the other end of the phone was still begging, hoping against hope, “Ranran, I know that Zixuan almost killed you, and he deeply regrets it.
