Wen Jin’s lips curled into a mild smile as he said, “She left in a car. But, I don’t rember the plate number.”
He seed to anticipate what Gu Kai was about to ask and stopped him before he could utter a word.
Gu Kai frowned, “Which direction did she go?”
“That way.”
Wen Jin pointed to the left.
Seeing this, Gu Kai stopped asking. His gaze scanning the area, the anger on his body subsided and his voice stabilized, “Let’s go, I have surgery this morning.”
“Who is that woman? She seems to be quite attractive. You aren’t interested in her, are you? And she doesn’t like you?”
Wen Jin casually asked after the car resud its journey.
Gu Kai, lost in his thoughts, heard him and rebuked, “Curiosity killed the cat, focus on driving.”
At these words, Wen Jin was imdiately displeased, “Don’t treat like your chauffeur.”

Her long, sexy figure was encased in a business suit. Her every move revealed a strong, commanding presence.
She was waiting outside the security check early this morning. Seeing them co out, her gaze first swept over Qin Mu who was walking behind Wen Ran.
Then she turned to Wen Ran, greeting her with a warm hug and a smile.
“Ranran, welco to join us.”
Although they had only t once before, An Lin didn’t address her as Miss Wen.
Instead, she called her Ranran directly, which was very friendly and significantly narrowed the gap between them.
An Lin was older than Wen Ran, so logically, Wen Ran should call her ‘sister,’ just like she addresses Shen Yuting.
But before Wen Ran could say anything, An Lin interrupted her, “Ranran, everyone calls An Lin. You can call An Lin too. Don’t consider older and address as sothing outdated.”
Wen Ran was montarily taken aback, then laughed, “Alright, then I’ll call you An Lin like Qin Mu does.”
Happy with Wen Ran’s response, An Lin smiled satisfactorily. Only then did she turn to look at Qin Mu who was standing beside her.
catching his gaze on Wen Ran, she changed the topic in a concerned manner, “Ah Mu, how are you feeling now? Can you go to work?”
Qin Mu’s lips curved slightly as he calmly replied, “I’m fine now, I can work.”
“Two days ago, I was on call with Auntie. She ntioned that you look much better in G City than you did in A City. Initially, I didn’t quite believe her, but now I do.”
