Suddenly, the ringing of a phone interrupted Wen Ran’s words. She took out her phone, a warm look appearing in her eyes when she saw the caller ID. She pressed the answer button with her delicate fingers, her voice soft as she spoke, “Hello, Mo Xiuchen.”
“Ranran, where are you now?”
Drifting into her ears was Mo Xiuchen’s deep magnetic voice, resonating through the phone waves. Wen Ran pictured his smiling face and handso brows, a smile appeared on her lovely face too: “I just took Sister Li ho, now I’m on my way to Xiaoxiao’s house. What about you?”
“I just dropped off Ah Mu at the airport, now I’m heading ho too. I called to ask if you want to pick you up.”
“No need, just go ho,” Wen Ran softly declined. She wasn’t alone, there was no need for Mo Xiuchen to co pick her up.
