Nia Mitchell stood in place, her face etched with frustration.
"Principal, you’re not even going to ask anything before jumping to conclusions like that?"
She had always believed that being a principal entailed wisdom, that they couldn’t be deceived by re appearances.
But to her disappointnt, that wasn’t the case with the principal of their University A.
"What do I need to ask you?"
The Principal, full of anger, spoke sowhat rudely.
Nia’s mouth twitched as she pointed behind her at the Maybach.
"I drove this car here. Do you think I was wrong to do so?"
HAHAHA!
Everyone burst out laughing. This was simply the funniest joke they’d ever heard.
Nia Mitchell drove this car here?
Yeah, right!
Did anyone believe that?
No one did.
The Principal didn’t believe it either. He thought Nia Mitchell had gone crazy.
Nia shrugged. Seeing everyone looking at her that way, she casually pulled out the car key and unlocked the car in front of all the teachers and students of the school.
A stunned silence fell.
It was unlocked!
She had casually unlocked the Maybach that everyone was insanely jealous of!
Oh my goodness!
The car really *was* driven here by Nia Mitchell!
Many people simultaneously had the sa thought: could this car belong to Young Master Peary?
Oh my God!
"Nia Mitchell!"
Julia Adams couldn’t believe that the car was actually driven here by Nia. Full of disbelief, she was jealous to the point of madness, her face contorted with anger.
"You must have stolen this car!"
Stolen?
There was really nothing this Julia Adams wouldn’t say. The thing that irritated Nia the most right now was being accused of stealing a car. That was a rotten trick Hendry Hampton had used before.
"Julia Adams, how can your mind be so filthy?"
Nia directly refuted her in front of the Principal.
Seeing this, the Principal lost his composure.
"Nia Mitchell, you brought this kind of car onto school grounds and caused such a commotion! This is your fault. I will not retract your punishnt. Also, call your family over. You, co with to the Office Room now."
With that, the Principal turned and prepared to leave.
How could Nia Mitchell possibly agree to that?
"Principal, is there a school rule stating I can’t bring this type of car here? Why are you punishing for soone else’s mistake? I haven’t even begun to address who is responsible for the scratches on this car yet."
After speaking, Nia stared defiantly at the Principal.
Her gaze was indeed sowhat intimidating.
The Principal was already struggling to maintain his authority, and Nia’s words made him even more furious.
"You want to pursue who’s responsible for the scratches on the car? Would this have happened if you hadn’t driven it here? You’re just being vain and trying to cause a scene!"
It was pure ostentation, her vanity at play. So, it served her right that the car was scratched.
Nia Mitchell listened to the Principal’s words, her expression incredulous. What on earth was he talking about?
"Principal, how can you say that?"
This was going too far.
"Call your family here!"
The Principal didn’t give her a chance to argue, lest he lose even more face.
Just as he said this, Charles Northwood arrived.
"What’s going on?"
Charles Northwood looked sowhat surprised as he approached. By the ti he arrived, however, the situation had mostly concluded.
From a distance, Fiona Sutton saw Charles Northwood approaching. Dressed entirely in white, he seed ethereal, as if not of this world. She lowered her head.
"Professor Northwood, it’s like this..."
A security guard imdiately explained the situation to Charles Northwood. After listening, Charles Northwood turned to the Principal.
"Actually, Principal, I believe you are mistaken in your handling of this. What exactly has Nia Mitchell done wrong?"
