Maxwell Peary, sitting in his office, hadn’t expected such a thing to happen at noon.

Anyway, since Nia Mitchell had already left, he could finally let loose here.

After handling matters there, Owen Lewis headed straight to MC Group without any delay.

"Boss, you really owe big ti for this," Owen Lewis imdiately began to claim credit. If I hadn’t happened to be passing by and lent a hand on a whim... who knows what state Nia Mitchell would be in right now.
Maxwell Peary’s expression was grim, veins visibly throbbing on the back of his right hand as it gripped a pen.
Seeing this, Owen Lewis’s mouth twitched.
"Fine, if you don’t want to thank , suit yourself. Who’s forcing you? Look at that face you’re making."
He obviously can’t stand the sight of , Owen Lewis thought.
"Where is she now?" Maxwell Peary finally managed to ask, his voice strained.
It took Owen Lewis several seconds to realize who Maxwell Peary was asking about.
"How would I know?"
You’re her husband and you don’t know, so how would I? he desperately wanted to retort, but he didn’t dare.
"Find her," Maxwell Peary commanded curtly, without even looking up.
Owen Lewis was speechless.
Ti flew by, and soon it was 4:30 PM.
"You’re becoming such a good girl," Fiona Sutton said. She hadn’t had her fill of fun yet and shook her head as she looked at Nia Mitchell, who was driving with a serious expression.
Honestly, this girl! Just when I was having a blast, she started insisting on going back. Oh well, I can’t win against her. I’ll just let her drive back to School. But... saying she needs to go to the Company to pick up Young Master Peary and take him ho? What kind of absurd reason is that?
"Nia Mitchell, you’re totally just flaunting your relationship!" Fiona Sutton shook her head. It’s too much, just too much! How are us single folks supposed to live?
"When did I flaunt anything?" Nia Mitchell protested, puffing out her cheeks as she looked at Fiona Sutton in the passenger seat, her expression clearly showing her disapproval.
