The person who stepped out of the car was Shen Youling.
His expression froze. He felt a pang of guilt, like a man caught red-handed with his mistress.
Lee Encai was startled for a mont before forcing a laugh. "Oh, Youling! What a coincidence, seeing you again!"
Shen Youling remained expressionless, her gaze sweeping over their linked arms.
"Husband?" she scoffed. "So, Lin Tang, you haven't been ho for days because you've been out enjoying yourself like this!"
Lee Encai was usually the center of attention wherever she went, drawing the gazes of many passersby even while wearing a mask and sunglasses. Shen Youling's luxury car, however, was just as eye-catching. The mont it stopped, all eyes turned to it.
A murmur went through the crowd when they saw it was the stunningly beautiful and now super-rich Shen Youling. Only then did they belatedly recognize her infamous husband, Lin Tang.
"Damn it! Where did that famous kept man learn to pick up won? He already has a top-tier wife like Shen Youling, and now he's all cozy with another tall bombshell? What kind of love potion did he feed them?"
"Hmph! Cheating out in the open and getting caught by his wife. Let's see how he explains himself now!"

In an instant, the crowd flew into a rage. They looked ready to rush forward and tear Lin Tang to pieces.
Seeing this, Lee Encai quickly said, "Everyone, please calm down—"

"Strip her clothes off and parade her through the streets!"

The crowd's fury turned on her.
Worried about hurting them, Lee Encai could only back away. As she retreated, her sunglasses and mask fell off, revealing her face.

She lied deliberately, "The reason I haven't been seen recently is because I went abroad for plastic surgery."

The crowd erupted into fierce debate once more.
