Unfortunately, the blast was contained by an invisible spatial barrier. To the naked eye, a roiling cloud of fire and smoke erupted near Si Dele, yet it failed to inflict even the slightest bit of damage!
"How can this be?!"
Countless people witnessing the live broadcast were utterly dumbfounded. Many stared with their mouths agape, too stunned to even breathe.
The second, third, and subsequent missiles arrived one after another, but it was useless. Si Dele's tail simply flicked them into the spatial tear, which swallowed them whole. No matter how powerful the explosions or how high the temperatures, they were all rendered completely ineffective!
