This year’s New Year’s Festival is the worst one yet.
This was genuinely what Hakushi thought.
The reason was the daughter Ruri had given birth to for him.
Nearly two months had passed since the day of birth, arriving at the evening of the festival in January of the following year.
At this mont, Hakushi did not participate in the lively festival outside but stayed in the monotonous and dull laboratory, locking his daughter in a cage made of Chakra tal for experintal observation.

Ayane activated her Byakugan, beginning to inspect the ridian system within the baby girl’s body, a heavy look on her face.
"This amount of Chakra isn’t sothing a child could have; it far exceeds the Chakra amount of a normal Jonin. It’s practically like a newborn Tailed Beast."
Ayane gave such an evaluation.
She had personally observed Tailed Beasts with her Byakugan, including battling the Fourth Raikage, who had Tailed Beast Level Chakra, several tis over the past few months.
Hence, she concluded that the Chakra volu within this baby girl was an abnormal form that defies Ninja common sense.
If it were a Tailed Beast itself, it would make sense, but the one before them wasn’t a Tailed Beast—rely a newborn baby less than two months old.

This is just like how a Ninja cannot control Tailed Beast Chakra from reckless absorption, and because of the excessively turbulent power, the body cannot withstand it, leading the berserk Tailed Beast Chakra to explode from within, dispersing into the air, thus resolving their crisis.
However, this baby girl, nad ’Chiba Ichihi’ by Hakushi, contained such extrely chaotic Chakra within her, and instead of releasing it from within, she compressed it violently within her body.
This thod puzzled and confused the Jonin from the Uzumaki Clan.
It was the first ti he’d seen such a situation and didn’t know how to explain this problem beyond his comprehension.
Presumably, the abnormal Three-Tomoe Sharingan was also a product of so unknown mutation caused by this extraordinarily frenzied state.
"Ruri, has anything like this happened before in the Uchiha Race?"
