Looking at the final sales results, Wang Fan thought to himself, "That was close."

Everything else is manageable, but the crucial problem is that this cafeteria closes right on ti at 8:30 in the morning!

If it weren’t for the fact that the staff behind the counter were all incredibly fast, he might have failed spectacularly on the first day.

How to sell more items in a short ti beca a pressing issue for Wang Fan, especially in the morning!

However, this problem didn’t stump him for long. The answer was simple: diversify the offerings.

Ti to roll out the soy milk machine and the sausage stuffer!

With soy milk, as long as the beans are soaked and put in the machine, there’s nothing else to worry about; just seal it at the end.

Sausages are even easier. Mix more at for the filling, adjust the proportion, use the stuffer, pre-cook them, let them cool, and then let them twirl around in the grill to their heart’s content.

The cafeteria operates for 1.5 hours for breakfast, 2.5 hours for lunch, and 3.5 hours for dinner. Solving the morning issue ans he can take it easy in the afternoons and evenings.

Although Wang Fan wasn’t familiar with soy milk, his second uncle was. It was his uncle’s specialty back in the day, so he just needed to ask him directly.

He took out his phone and called his second uncle, "Uncle, what kind of soybeans did you use for making soy milk? What’s the ratio?"

His uncle was more than happy to share his secret recipe with Wang Fan: "The soybeans must be from the black soil of Suihua in Heilongjiang, big and full, with a rich bean aroma. You mix five parts soybeans with one part rice from the Northeast, soak them for seven to eight hours, and aim to make about seven pounds of soy milk from one pound of soybeans and two ounces of rice."

"Oh, and don’t use a blender to grind the soy milk; it crushes the bean dregs and affects the texture. It’s best to use a small stone grinder or at least a food processor. After grinding, strain the soy milk through gauze to remove the dregs for a smooth result."

"Also, make sure to cook the soy milk. After bringing it to a boil on dium heat, let it simr on low. And don’t add sugar while cooking; it’s added based on personal taste at the end. You’ll find that this soy milk can compete with anyone’s anywhere in the world."

His uncle was excited to share all his knowledge because Wang Fan rarely asked for his advice.

Wang Fan ticulously noted down everything his uncle said and occasionally asked a few more questions. His uncle expounded on everything without holding back. Just as he was about to inquire about his uncle’s current life, his uncle eagerly asked, "How’s that girlfriend of yours going? When are you bringing her over for to et?"

Wang Fan replied, half crying, half laughing, "Uncle, she’s still a student and we haven’t been dating long enough to et the family, right?"

His uncle agreed, "You’re probably right. But let tell you upfront, if you’re dating, make sure you take it seriously. Don’t just play around. If you dare bully that girl, I’ll break your legs!"

Wang Fan protested, "Don’t you know ? Am I that unreliable?"

His uncle was satisfied, "That’s good to hear. I’m doing well, and there are many fans who travel from afar just to eat my braised at. You’re really making sothing of yourself."

Hearing his uncle’s praise, Wang Fan felt a warm sense of satisfaction. Such acknowledgnt from family was far more gratifying than from others.

It was just past 9 o’clock after the call ended, and there was still so ti before lunch, so he decided to take a stroll. Owing to the idiosyncrasy of the system, since his store was located within the university, no one questioned his identity.

The school was different from what he rembered; in his mory, the school was a mix of new and old.

New buildings with old interiors, old equipnt, and old scenery.

But Kainan University gave him a strong sense of historical accumulation.

The architecture here was unique, combining elents of both Chinese and Western cultures. At first glance, it seed to bear the marks of ti. These buildings were solemn and elegant, complenting the lush green trees around them, leaving Wang Fan deeply impressed.

He also saw many students.

So students without classes were scattered all around, either alone or in small groups. They held books in their hands, so sitting on the grass, others leaning against the seats by the lake.

Those who were alone were imrsed in their books, blending quietly with the environnt. In contrast, the groups subtly engaged in discussions and exchanges.

The sunlight bathed them, the green leaves on the grass swayed gently in the breeze, and the lake’s shimring reflections mirrored the sky and surroundings, creating a beautiful backdrop.

Wang Fan felt a bit like crying. This was the university scene he had imagined as a child. The schools he attended were nothing like this.

It turns out the dream he had as a child wasn’t wrong; it was reality that failed to keep pace with his dream.

If he had known, he would have worked even harder.

He wandered off and sohow entered a teaching building. Just as he was about to leave, he heard a deep, resonant voice speaking inside, and quickly, his attention was captivated.

The speaker looked to be in his forties or fifties, dressed in a black Zhongshan suit, slim yet speaking with powerful vigor.

"Dignity lies only at the sword’s edge, and truth exists only within the artillery’s range!"

With a slap on the table, he continued, "And what are cannons for? Let tell you, cannons are used to asure the size of our territory."

Wang Fan was imdiately srized.

"An expert from the Bald Eagles told they would knock us back 100 years. I said, ’Bro, 100 years is too little. We should each retreat 300 years, and by then you’ll be gone, while we will still be a civilization with a 5,000-year history.’

He then stood up, "Students, we should strive for and build a Huaxia where the dragon soars, a Huaxia that rises to greatness. I hope through your efforts, Huaxia can once again stand at the pinnacle of world nations!"

His voice seed to resound with the imagery of war, with galloping hooves vividly coming alive at his words. The classroom was filled with students who were extrely excited, cheering and applauding enthusiastically.

Wang Fan, sitting at the back of the lecture hall, felt his own blood pumping too. He thought to himself, "Professors from top universities are really different from those at our third-rate schools, where the teachers only promote their own tutoring classes. They don’t have this level of awareness and charisma, do they?"

Glancing at the clock in the classroom, Wang Fan was startled. He’d been listening for over half an hour, and if he stayed any longer, he’d run out of ti to prepare the ingredients needed for lunch.

Quietly slipping out of the classroom, Wang Fan hurriedly jogged back to the second cafeteria.
