The tenderness of the scrambled eggs collided with the richness of the char siu in the mouth, creating the most delightful contrast.
The grains of rice were plump; scooping a big spoonful into the mouth, the fragrant, chewy rice perfectly complented the scrambled eggs and char siu, enhancing the chewiness and enriching the taste.
The perfectly balanced sweetness, soy sauce, and seafood sauce flavors, along with the fresh aroma of the rice, blended in the mouth to form a rich, unique, yet harmonious taste.
Every bite was filled with the dedication and passion of the chef, conveying an undeniable warmth and care from a stranger that simply couldn’t be refused!
This was the so-called taste of ho.
The most beautiful flavor created by a restaurant wasn’t sothing as unreachable as dragon liver or phoenix marrow; those are pure fiction. True deliciousness is what makes one feel comfortable, what has the taste of ho. Only then can a custor beco a loyal return guest.
Evidently, this boss achieved that.
