Chen Xuanxuan stared at Zhang Yue in shock, as if eting this friend of several years for the first ti.

You, damn it...

Did you just switch to green tea mode in the blink of an eye?

And what about eating two? Didn’t you say you’d eat 30 just now?

Also, I was just lightly touching you earlier, what’s with that dramatic "Oh my!"?

At this mont, Zhang Yue donned a look of three parts grievance, three parts concern, appearing pitiful as she said, "I was just showing so care, don’t be harsh on ."

Chen Xuanxuan felt like slapping her own face.

Bad friends!

This is definitely a bad friend!

Zhang Yue occasionally glanced at Wang Fan out of the corner of her eye, only to quickly lower her head when her gaze t his, like a startled little deer.

Green Tea!

You must be the top-grade West Lake Longjing!

Chen Xuanxuan trembled, pointing at Zhang Yue, unsure of what to say.

Wang Fan scratched his head, cluelessly looking at the two, not understanding what these two pretty girls were doing.

However, he introduced: "By the way, girls, I made so stead buns with chive and egg fillings tonight, would you like so?"

As soon as the word ’stead bun’ was ntioned, Chen Xuanxuan snapped out of it, and though eating chives at night isn’t the best, she couldn’t resist the unique flavor: "30 soy sauce at buns, 10 sauerkraut pork buns, and 10 chive and egg buns."

Zhang Yue softly said again, "I want one soy sauce at bun, one sauerkraut pork bun."

"Hiss..."

Chen Xuanxuan felt a chill run down her spine.

This green tea act is getting too addictive!

However, sotis one must admire the allure and attraction of beauties. In less than 5 minutes since they stopped by Wang Fan’s stall, several people had already gathered around.

Those eyes were alternating between looking at the buns and glancing at Chen Xuanxuan and Zhang Yue, unsure if they ca for the beauties or the buns.

Wang Fan opened the corner of the fresh food storage box, took out a plastic bag, and quickly picked out the corresponding buns.

He made small markings when squeezing the buns, so even if they’re together, he wouldn’t pick the wrong ones.

"Chili, chili, chili..."

Right now, Chen Xuanxuan didn’t have the energy to deal with her friend’s green tea act, as the aroma of the buns distracted her from everything else.

Holding those plump little stead buns, she dipped them in chili oil on a disposable plate, and stuffed them all into her mouth, basking in an indescribable sense of satisfaction.

Her antics aroused the curiosity of other workers.

"Hiss... This beauty is eating so eagerly, just how tasty could these buns be?"

"Maybe she’s just really hungry? Though arguably these buns do look good, watching her makes hungry too. Boss, let have 10 buns."

"Eating stead buns late at night feels like a waste, but they look so delicious, Boss, let have 10 too."

Zhang Yue also received her two buns, paid for both of them, thanked Wang Fan softly, and then pulled Chen Xuanxuan away.

Chen Xuanxuan, holding chili oil in one hand and buns in the other, stumbled as Zhang Yue dragged her, but didn’t forget to stuff another bun into her mouth.

After they walked a distance away, Chen Xuanxuan imdiately exploded.

"Oh good for you, Zhang Yue! I’ve always treated you sincerely and yet you switched to the green tea mode instantly without feeling any sha?!"

Zhang Yue rubbed her face, took a relieved breath, rolled her eyes and said, "Stop it with the nonsense, share so buns with , you can’t eat 50 buns yourself, give 20, I’m starving."

"Pfft, shaless!"

The two bickered and walked towards Chen Xuanxuan’s place.

Li Wei and Feng Haoyu felt delighted upon seeing Wang Fan, rembering fondly how their breakfast buns were unforgettable, making their lunch seem tasteless. Surprised by being able to have buns after work.

Li Wei couldn’t wait and said, "Boss, boss, I’d like 5 soy sauce at, 5 sauerkraut pork, and 5 chive and egg buns."

Feng Haoyu quickly followed, "Sa here, 5 of each."

Once Wang Fan handed them the buns, they began eating in front of the stall, unconcerned about others.

The two had tasted soy sauce at and sauerkraut pork buns in the morning, so their target was uniformly on the chive and egg buns.

Li Wei beca quite the seasoned fan of Wang Fan’s buns, dipping them in chili oil before swiftly popping them into his mouth.

With a bite, the savory chive aroma soared high, fulfilling Li Wei’s day-long craving.

Feng Haoyu, a little more refined, took a small bite initially.

Once bitten halfway, the stuffing revealed itself.

Upon seeing the stuffing, the previously curious onlookers were shocked.

"Wow, these chive and egg buns look so fresh; shouldn’t these stead chives turn black? How are they still green?"

"I must say, the fresh green chives combined with golden eggs are quite appetizing—Boss, let try 10 chive and egg buns."

"Gasp... This chive aroma sure is strong, nothing beats it, give 20 chive and egg buns."

Right then, Feng Haoyu pinched the bun a bit too hard; its soft skin gave in, releasing the chive juices locked inside by Wang Fan.

Onlookers widened their eyes further.

"Wow, these buns are really fresh. I’ve never seen chive and egg buns oozing soup before."

"Oh no, oh no, oh no, who can resist this? 5 chive and egg buns, 5 soy sauce at buns, please."

"I’m soone who can’t go without at but finding myself drooling over a chive and egg bun? This isn’t scientific, Boss, 15 chive and egg buns, I need to understand this unscientific phenonon."

A couple watched on, and the wife lit up at the sight of chives: "Honey, how about having chive and egg buns for dinner tonight?"

The husband shuddered, pleading, "Honey, chives at night will make my breath bad. How about trying sothing else?"

The wife stared at him blandly, "Fine, then let’s go grill skewers instead? Lamb kidneys, pork kidneys, grilled oysters, grilled chives, all your favorites."

The husband felt his legs grow weak and quivered, "Even the production donkey gets a day off! How about giving a day’s break?"

"Dream on, you must get pregnant this year! Once the rice cooks and marriage takes shape, how else would you bargain for that $300k dowry from my mom?"

The husband drooped his head, "Fine, fine, guess we’ll have buns then, just slling kidney now makes want to puke..."
