Despite being so thin, the noodles were chewy and didn’t feel mushy at all. Biting into them gave a noticeable springiness, providing an extrely smooth sensation.

Soaked in broth, each strand of noodle was soaked in flavor, carrying the beef’s aroma, making each bite of noodle flavorful.

The soup’s rich flavor and noodle’s texture fused perfectly, providing a lingering sense of pleasure.
