On hearing this, Xia Ning froze, looked towards Jin Yan and raised her eyebrows to show that it was he who should answer.
Jin Yan looked at President Zhou and smiled, “President Zhou, you misunderstood. Xia Ning is not my girlfriend.”
“Don’t think that I don’t know your business in the entertainment circle. Secret affairs are popular.” President Zhou smiled as her eyes fell on Xia Ning, “This girl looks familiar.”

Jin Yan followed Xia Ning’s gaze and whispered, “I remember. Shall we go have a look?”

“Whatever decision you make, I will support you.” Jin Yan looked at her and whispered.
Xia Ning looked at Jin Yan, “If one day I bee a murderer, what will you do?”
“I will stop you before it happens.”
“I will remember your words.” Xia Ning smiled, “Relax. I won’t do such a thing. It is good to be alive.” She looked up at the sky. No matter how grey the sky might be, it would turn blue sometime.
Jin Yan looked at her with emotion in his eyes.
If there was such color in life, to be alive was the luckiest thing in this world!
Qiao Yu had returned to the Qiao’s mansion at 6 pm. After seeing his mother and his son play on the sofa, Qiao Yu turned his gaze upstairs.
“Xia Ning has not e back yet!” Gao Wanhua said directly.
Enoch looked at Qiao Yu and asked, “Daddy, why hasn’t Mummy e back?”
Qiao Yu glanced at Enoch, brought out his cell phone and unlocked it. It was the dialing page. He directly made a call. As soon as he called, a mechanical female voice came, “The number you have dialed is busy. Please call later.”
Qiao Yu frowned at the cell phone and got upset, for she had hung up.
Meanwhile, a female voice suddenly came from the doorway, “I’m back.” A figure came in.
