Early the next morning, An Ran woke up on ti.
She had agreed to go with her elder sister to look at dresses and rings yesterday.
Big sister Mu Wanxin and Shen Wenxuan’s engagent ceremony was scheduled for the twenty-sixth of the lunar month. The dress and ring had been ordered early, and they were going for a fitting today. It was rare for her big sister to invite her along, so she couldn’t be late.

An Ran wore a thick down jacket and furry snow boots. As she walked on the snow, it crunched loudly.
Today, Mu Xingfeng didn’t have Liu Hu drive; he drove out a Bentley from the garage himself.

An Ran opened the car door and got in. The interior featured a retro style with handcrafted decor, luxurious and exquisite. Thick velvet blankets were spread across the leather seats, looking warm and comfortable.
"Why did President Mu decide to change cars today?" An Ran couldn’t help but tease, as she examined the spacious interior.
"To ensure my wife’s safety. It’s necessary to switch to a safer car during snowy weather," Mu Xingfeng said, his lips curving up as he started the car.
An Ran couldn’t help but cover her face, "Instructor Mu, that’s so unfair. When no one’s around, I’m just your student."
Hearing "wife" from Instructor Mu’s mouth really felt more embarrassing.
"So, do you accept student-teacher romances? I’ve heard they’re quite fashionable," Mu Xingfeng said seriously, turning to look at her as if waiting for her answer.
An Ran was speechless, realizing she truly couldn’t outflirt the major instructor.
Although there was still so snow on the road, the car’s performance was superb, and they quickly arrived at the agreed location with Mu Wanxin.
An Ran had just gotten out of the car when a soft, crisp voice called out, "Sister Ran, you’re finally here. I’ve been waiting for you forever."
A small figure rushed into her arms; it was Mu Wanxin’s little aunt, Shen ngya.
Today, little Ni wore a pure white fur coat, paired with red snow boots. Her pink scarf made her entire face look even more radiant. She was sweet, pink, and extrely cute.
"Ya, why are you standing here? Aren’t you cold?"
Seeing the little one had waited for a while, An Ran asked concernedly.
"Not cold at all. Big sister-in-law said Sister Ran was coming, so I ca out to look for you. You have no idea how much I’ve missed you lately," Shen ngya said while hugging An Ran’s arm and playfully rubbing against it.
"This little ingrate, I’ve been so good to her, but I never see her missing like this. An Ran, how do you win people’s hearts so well? You’ll have to teach soti," Mu Wanxin complained as she walked over with Shen Wenxuan.
Gently stroking Shen ngya’s little head, An Ran was surprised that soone would miss her after only eting once. As for winning hearts? She only rembered the fun they had together that day.
Nevertheless, she genuinely liked Shen ngya from the bottom of her heart, feeling an imdiate connection with her.
"It’s too cold outside, let’s go in," Mu Xingfeng said after parking the car, noticing the few still standing outside, making a slight frown.
"Alright, alright, you sure know how to dote on your wife. We’ve been waiting for the two of you for ten minutes," Mu Wanxin remarked, seeing her brother’s looks and feeling exasperated. This display of affection was even stronger than what was to be expected at their engagent.
