Ranran cautiously peeked out, revealing her large eyes. She glanced at Mu Xingfeng, who was indeed dressed in his usual ho clothes, looking no different from usual. Only then did she show her entire little head, but her small mouth was still pouting, as if she had been greatly wronged.
"What’s wrong?" Mu Xingfeng asked.
Ranran glared fiercely at him, knowing he was pretending to be clueless. "Instructor Mu, I think we need to set so ground rules."
Mu Xingfeng raised an eyebrow in a good mood. "Oh? What rules?"
Ranran sat up straight and started counting on her fingers. "First, Instructor Mu, you are not allowed to make excessive moves towards in private anymore."
Mu Xingfeng thought for a mont, then nodded. "Okay."
Excessive moves? He had never done anything like that. At most, he’d kiss her, hug her, or touch her a bit. That was quite normal for a couple, right? These shouldn’t count as excessive moves.
If Ranran knew what Mu Xingfeng was thinking now, she would probably vomit blood. That was exactly what she ant.
"Second, Instructor Mu, you are not allowed to randomly call ’wife’ anymore. You know the reason." Ranran said.
Not allowed to call her ’wife’ randomly? True, Ranran was thin-skinned. Every ti he called her that, she blushed like an apple. Although he liked her shy look, if his wife didn’t want it, he wouldn’t call her that anymore. He’d just call her ’sweetheart’ instead.
Ranran almost spat out three liters of blood.
"Third, Instructor Mu, you are not allowed to flirt with others casually anymore. Otherwise... there will be consequences." Ranran stood akimbo, gritting her teeth as she finished speaking, her cheeks puffing up with anger.
Flirt with others casually? Mu Xingfeng had never done such a thing. If he flirted, it would be only with his own wife.
Mu Xingfeng obediently nodded again.
Seeing that Mu Xingfeng agreed to her three ground rules so obediently, Ranran breathed a sigh of relief, lay down on the bed, and covered herself with the quilt. "Alright, that’s it. Good night, Instructor Mu."
With that, she closed her eyes.
Mu Xingfeng got on the bed, dimd the bedside lamp, and turned to look at the little girl who was pretending to sleep beside him.
Though she appeared to be trying to sleep, her long eyelashes kept trembling lightly.
"Ranran, I want to know, you said there would be consequences. What consequences exactly?" Mu Xingfeng asked as he picked up a strand of hair from the pillow and played with it idly.
Ranran suddenly opened her eyes, glaring at him angrily. "Instructor Mu, you promised not to flirt! Go to sleep."
With that, she turned over, giving Mu Xingfeng a view of her slender back.
Mu Xingfeng, "..."
I was just curious about the consequences, how was that flirting?
Sigh, this little girl was getting harder to deal with.
Mu Xingfeng sighed, wrapped his long arms around the slim waist in front of him. Clearly, the little girl’s back stiffened for a mont at his touch, but she didn’t pull away.
The night passed peacefully. Only less than an hour after soone fell asleep did she automatically roll into that warm embrace.
At the sa ti, the man tightened his arms around her. Despite the cold wind howling outside on a freezing winter night, his heart was exceptionally warm.
In the morning, Ranran and Mu Xingfeng ca back from their morning run, just in ti to see Mu Wanxin and Shen Wenxuan coming down the stairs.
Upon seeing Ranran, Mu Wanxin first looked as if she had seen a ghost, then teasingly glanced at her own brother before waving her hand. "Good morning, sister-in-law."
Ranran was so shocked by this address that she felt scorched both inside and out. She couldn’t say much in front of the Mu Family, so she could only blush and greet them. "Good morning, sister. Good morning, brother-in-law."
"Good morning, just finished your morning run?" Mu Wanxin said.
"Yes," Ranran nodded, taking a sip of the warm water Mu Xingfeng handed her.
