"As long as you two don’t mind, of course I don’t mind," An Ran said, giving Shen Qi a teasing glance.
Shen Qi finally withdrew her hand, her small face blushing furiously. She sat beside An Ran and whispered, "An Ran, what are you talking about? There’s nothing between us."
"Shen Qi, how co there’s nothing? You just agreed to it, you can’t go back on it," Zhu Pengfei interjected, looking aggrieved.
Shen Qi gave him a sidelong glance and stopped looking at him.
Zhu Pengfei chuckled, "I’ll go get sothing to eat. Do you two want anything else?"
"We’re almost done," An Ran replied.
"Qiqi, what do you want to eat?"
An Ran covered her face. Why did it suddenly feel like her head was lighting up?
Shen Qi’s face turned even redder from being called Qiqi. She lowered her head and murmured, "Anything is fine."
"Hey, what’s going on here?" Xiao Xiao ca over with two plates of vegetables, looking at the three of them, especially Shen Qi’s bashful face and Zhu Pengfei’s excitent. What was the deal with these two?
Zhu Pengfei was so thrilled he almost bumped into Xiao Xiao’s plates. He let out a couple of laughs before rushing towards the food section.

After dinner, An Ran wanted to return to Longteng Xinyuan and asked Xiao Xiao if she wanted to stay the night there. Xiao Xiao waved her off, preferring to go back to school with Shen Qi and Zhu Pengfei than to be a third wheel with Instructor Mu.

The ssage contained only two words: Help .
An Ran quickly processed the information in her head. Wang Xiaoyi had gone to class today, and they greeted each other after class. She hadn’t seed out of the ordinary.
Today was Friday, so Wang Xiaoyi should be going to work at the bar.
Thinking of the bar, An Ran felt a sudden chill in her heart.
She pressed Wang Xiaoyi’s number and dialed it. As expected, the phone was turned off.
An Ran then found Sister Na’s number and called her.
"Hello," a woman’s sultry voice ca from the phone.
"Sister Na, it’s An Ran. Did Wang Xiaoyi co to work at the bar today?" An Ran spoke quickly. She didn’t know what Wang Xiaoyi was facing at that mont, but she must have trusted her deeply to send her a distress ssage at the last mont.
She couldn’t betray Wang Xiaoyi’s trust.
"Xiaoyi? Yes, she ca to work. Are you looking for her? She’s working in one of the rooms today. I don’t know which one she’s in right now," Sister Na, who had always taken care of An Ran, patiently explained.
Upon hearing the word "room," An Ran felt a sudden unease.
