Mu Xingfeng was dressed in a maroon suit, quite different from the cold, stern deanor of his usual military uniform, and not as imposing as a dark formal suit. He carried an air of princely elegance, and his aura was much gentler.
However, his face bore a crafty smile that seed rather mischievous.
Shen Wenxuan stood there, looking at the man in front of him, with sweat sliding down from his forehead, uncertain if it was due to the heat from running up or the chilling sweat from the man’s eerie smile.
"Brother-in-law, in such a hurry to take my sister away, did you forget to get her little brother’s consent?"
Shen Wenxuan coughed nervously, "Xingfeng, when did you get back? During your mission, you had An Ran worried sick."
Shen Wenxuan was a sensible person, knowing that going along with Mu Xingfeng’s words right now would not bring any benefits.
