Gu Haoyu still looks elegant and handso, full of noble charm, while Lin Ruonan snuggles up to him, rarely showing a hint of feminine shyness.
An Ran looked at this perfect couple and sighed, "Mu Xingfeng, do you think you are blind?"
"Huh?" Mu Xingfeng didn’t understand his little wife’s aning.
"I increasingly think you’re blind. Lin Ruonan is such a woman, full of ability and talent, has poise, has a great figure, has looks, has background, has... um..."
An Ran was speaking enthusiastically when her lips were t with a gentle softness; Mu Xingfeng had planted a kiss on her right in public.
But it was just a brief kiss, rely to silence that incessantly talking mouth.
"I am not blind, and I believe my judgnt is the best."
Oh, Instructor Mu’s romance skills are back online, I cannot resist!
"Are we arriving at a wrong ti?" Gu Haoyu and Lin Ruonan walked over hand in hand, joking.
An Ran observed their hands clasped without any care and was sure it wasn’t because Lin Ruonan had drunk too much.
With a playful blink, "Oh dear, Brother has brought us Sister-in-law, how could it ever be the wrong ti?"
The word Sister-in-law made Lin Ruonan’s face blush with embarrassnt.
Gu Haoyu coughed lightly into his fist, evidently embarrassed by An Ran’s teasing.
"Then we won’t stand on ceremony," saying this, Gu Haoyu sat down with Lin Ruonan.
Lin Ruonan glanced at the empty bowl in front of An Ran and nudged Gu Haoyu, "Brother, can you get sothing to eat?"
The banquet besides having its tables also had a buffet area; the groomsn and bridesmaids were busy drinking and hadn’t had ti to eat.
Gu Haoyu nodded and got up to fetch food for Lin Ruonan.
An Ran noticed Lin Ruonan’s hint, nudged Mu Xingfeng’s arm, and said, "I want to eat too."
"Sure, wait here," Mu Xingfeng glanced at the two girls before getting up to follow Gu Haoyu.
"Um, can I call you An Ran?" Lin Ruonan asked awkwardly once the n had left, "Calling you Sister-in-law sohow feels distant."
"Of course you can," An Ran nodded, since she was actually a few years younger than Lin Ruonan, it felt sowhat awkward to be called Sister-in-law.
Once she finished speaking, Lin Ruonan hugged An Ran tightly, her voice heavy with a hoarse tone, "Thank you, An Ran."
That thank you was loaded with myriad emotions experienced by her over ti.
Thank you, An Ran, for helping her see her own feelings, thank you for her tolerance and forgiveness, thank you, An Ran, for helping her find the love worth cherishing.
An Ran hesitated briefly but quickly understood Lin Ruonan’s emotions; there’s nothing more important than understanding your own heart.
She had experienced this feeling too.
Back when she was first with Mu Xingfeng, the struggles, the hesitation, the helplessness, until she saw into her heart, only then she realized that emotions indeed need gratitude.
Gratitude for the partner not letting go during tis of despair, gratitude for the divine gift of this precious love, and gratitude for everyone’s effort in this relationship.
An Ran lightly patted her shoulder, joking, "Sister-in-law, you’re getting sentintal."
Once again the word Sister-in-law flushed Lin Ruonan’s face with mortification, "Alright, stop calling that, he hasn’t ntioned anything."
"ntioned what?"
A clear, gentle voice sounded from behind, causing Lin Ruonan to stiffen.
"N-nothing..."
