Tu Ying's lips trembled slightly. Due to the lingering effects of the anesthesia, he could not speak, but a faint glimr of light blood in his eyes.
The Third Elder's hunched body erupted with unimaginable speed. Holding the gold-threaded skull in his right hand, he clenched his left fist, and the shriveled skin wrapped around his bones bulged as if inflated.
The muscles on his left arm looked ferocious, wreathed in a crimson-blue radiance, as he imdiately launched a sudden sneak attack.
Thud!
A look of astonishnt washed over the Third Elder's sinister face. His fist stopped right in front of the opponent's head. The bulging fist was the size of a clay pot, yet it had been blocked with effortless ease.
It felt as though he had smashed into a solid stone wall, unable to advance even a single inch.
'This guy is tough!'
Several thoughts flashed through the Third Elder's mind as he attempted to pull back and retreat. However, there was no way Li Yu would give him such an opportunity so easily. Gripping the opponent's left hand with his right, he activated the suction apparatus of the Titan Colonization Armor.
Li Yu first stepped back and pivoted. The chanical structures across his entire body worked in synergy, forcefully yanking the Third Elder into a violent stumble.
At the sa ti, his left hand condensed Magma and Electric Arcs. With a simple, swinging backhand punch, he slamd directly into the Third Elder's side ribs.
Crack!
A crisp sound of fracturing bone was accompanied by a severe pain that provoked the Third Elder's nerves, making him want to howl in agony. The sheer power of Li Yu's strike sent the lower half of his body flying sideways into the air.
Crunch!
Li Yu's knee shot up as fast as lightning, striking the Third Elder's jawbone from below. It forced the elder's opening mouth shut again, muffling the howl of pain back down his throat.
Sweeping his right hand in a semicircle through the air, he ruthlessly hurled the Third Elder to the ground. This entire sequence of devastating attacks actually happened in the blink of an eye.
Intense pain radiated from everywhere across his body. The Third Elder was even older than the Grand Elder; his physical condition was long past its pri, and his various Body Functions had severely degraded.
If his combat strength was at a B level during his peak, he was likely only at a B- level now. He was absolutely no match for Li Yu.
Scrape, scrape!
The mont the Third Elder crashed to the ground, his subconscious reaction was to make a noise to attract the attention of the people outside.
However, in the very next second, he saw a long gray blade extending right up to the center of his brow. If it advanced just a fraction longer, it would have pierced straight into his heart.
He tightly pursed his trembling lips, trying his hardest not to make a single sound. As he stared at the nonchalant interstellar human, his heart overflowed with absolute terror.
"Long ti no see..." Li Yu greeted with a smile.
The corners of Tu Ying's mouth could barely twitch, and he forced out a smile that looked uglier than soone crying.
"How should I save you now? The chief surgeon's head has been smashed to pieces," Li Yu muttered, pacing his gaze over Tu Ying.
Tu Ying maintained that terrible smile on his face. His chest cavity was completely empty, and a biting cold swept through his nerves. It was the feeling of missing a heart.
Even so, he was still smiling because his father had not lied to him. Li Yu had truly co.
"Let's ask that guy..." Li Yu opened a video communication line, connecting to the Blazing Light Starship. Peyton, who was tinkering with so unknown gadget in his room, suddenly saw a Holographic Screen pop up in front of him.
"Do you know how to perform a heart transplant?" Li Yu inquired from the Holographic Screen.
"What species is the subject?" Peyton asked ticulously. "If they are smaller than one centiter, I will need high-end Instrunts."
Li Yu's mouth twitched slightly. This guy was seriously hardcore.
"A Troll, big guy."
Peyton frowned slightly. It seed a bit too simple, and he wanted to refuse. However, considering he might need to study Li Yu in the future, he nodded in agreent.
"Wait..."
The Blazing Light Starship had long since arrived above the dical Bay. It had activated its optical camouflage, making it nearly impossible for anyone to detect.
The Titan Colonization Armor's Splinter Deploynt Armor cautiously slipped out of the dical Bay, also engaging its optical camouflage. Outside, everything had already descended into complete chaos.
Omai's death would trigger a cascade of consequences. This included, but was not limited to, the Sacred Heart Hospital blacklisting the Trolls, aning all of its affiliated institutions would refuse any service to their kind.
At the sa ti, the Headquarters would issue severe condemnations, demanding a reasonable explanation and compensation from the Trolls, leading to an Interstellar Lawsuit.
But all of that was a matter for the future. The Splinter Deploynt Armor shot straight into the sky, entered the Blazing Light Starship, and brought Peyton down without taking much ti at all.
Li Yu had briefed Peyton on the general situation while waiting. Peyton, who had initially been completely uninterested, now had eyes shining with excitent.
In that mont, an inexplicable feeling filled his mind. Following Li Yu was absolutely worth it!
If he had just been wandering through Interstellar space by himself, how could he have possibly encountered so many fascinating things?
Peyton circled Tu Ying, murmuring, "So this is how a Five-Blood Troll is born. I thought these Trolls were just indulging in whimsical fantasies. This is truly fascinating."
"How could there be such peculiar hearts..." Peyton pinched the two hearts sitting in the life support system. They still maintained a faint vitality.
Only that five-blood heart was left completely ignored on the hospital bed, appearing to have lost all its vitality.
"Don't get too caught up in your excitent just yet. Save this little guy first," Li Yu urged helplessly.
Peyton's eyes sparkled. "I've never perford such an interesting heart transplant before. If those folks over at the Imperial Research Institute found out, they would absolutely die of envy."
"Use that one. That one is the four-blood heart," Li Yu told Peyton. A Four-Blood Troll was incredibly badass, as evidenced by the current commander of the Trolls.
Since there was a four-blood heart available, they definitely had to use it on Tu Ying.
"Four-blood?" Peyton's movents paused. Li Yu actually saw a smile on his face that he had almost never seen before. It was thoroughly terrifying.
"Do you want a Five-Blood Troll?" Peyton's voice was like the whispers of a devil from hell, tempting Li Yu into depravity.
Li Yu pondered for a mont and asked warily, "What are you trying to do?"
"Let's not end up in a situation where this kid escapes death at the Grand Elder's hands, only to die by ours."
"Don't worry, he won't die..." Peyton appeared extrely confident. "The five-blood fusion was actually already completed just now. The power fully erupted, and the heart finished its integration. It's just that the recipient's body couldn't handle it."
"Right now, all I need to do is awaken it. The five-blood heart requires ti to revive. Its initial strength won't be overwhelming, aning the recipient can easily withstand it, allowing it to proceed in an orderly way with its activation."
Li Yu looked at Tu Ying to ask for his opinion. Tu Ying's consciousness had mostly recovered. He heard Peyton's words and looked back at Li Yu.
Without thinking for too long, Tu Ying's eyes slightly rolled up and down as if nodding in agreent.
Having gone through so much, Tu Ying's desire for strength was exceptionally intense. If he possessed enough power, he wouldn't have to suffer such tornt, nor would he have had to watch his father die right before his eyes.
He also wanted power!
'Tu Rui, you saw this, right? Your son agreed to this himself. If anything goes wrong, don't co haunting ,' Li Yu thought.
Following that, Li Yu nodded at Peyton, gesturing that he could begin the procedure.
Then, as if rembering sothing, he kicked the Third Elder, who was trying his hardest to remain inconspicuous. "Keep an eye out later. If anything unexpected happens, don't forget to perform your Shamantic Dance."
The Third Elder struggled to understand Li Yu's aning, but he realized he was still of so use. If he didn't negotiate terms now, when would he? His murky eyes flickered as he said deeply, "I can help you, but you must guarantee that I won't die afterward."
Li Yu stared at the Third Elder and extended his hand. His Smart Terminal suddenly began playing a sound that the Third Elder found inexplicably familiar.
As the sound played, the gold-threaded skull in the Third Elder's hands trembled slightly, and golden Electric Arcs flashed across it.
'That's the sound of chanting the Incantation. He recorded it? Why the hell aren't you playing by the rules!? You can just record it?'
"My guess was right. That whole Shamantic Dance routine was just you acting mysterious," Li Yu said, rubbing his chin. He had ordered Claptrap to record the audio while he was observing the surgery earlier.
After filtering out the ambient noise, only the sound of the Third Elder's Incantation remained.
"Titan Language?" Peyton turned his head, sounding quite astonished.
Li Yu was also a bit surprised. "This is Titan Language? I thought it was so sort of ancient Troll sacrificial Incantation or sothing."
Peyton nodded. "The structure of the Titan Language is quite complex. I can only translate a portion of it, but the general aning seems to be reprimanding sothing."
"Is this thing a Titan's skull?" Li Yu asked, snatching the gold-threaded skull from the Third Elder's hands.
"No..." Peyton shook his head. "Titans have imnsely massive bodies. This skull is far too small."
"Is it from a Titan's childhood?" Li Yu let his imagination run wild.
Peyton was left sowhat speechless, but he patiently explained, "Even a newly born Young Child of the Titan race is larger than this skull."
The Third Elder was completely steeped in despair. Even he himself didn't know the origin or the aning of the Incantation he had been chanting.
'Just who the hell are these two guys? Not only do they know the origin of the Incantation, but they can even absolutely translate it!'
The Third Elder knew that his death was imminent, but even if he had to die, he wouldn't let these two off easily.
Just as he was about to speak, the Ship-breaking Blade swept horizontally. Blood feebly gushed from his headless neck; his aged heart lacked the power to make the blood spurt wildly.
Although Li Yu hadn't been paying attention to him, Claptrap had been keeping a watchful eye all along. Sensing the sudden movent, the robot simply executed him on the spot.
Li Yu glanced at the Third Elder's headless body collapsed on the ground. The head had rolled into a corner, its eyes wide open in unresigned death.
However, he didn't care in the slightest. He kept a close watch on the outside, guarding against the Grand Elder's sudden return.
Peyton began the surgery, and his very first move made Li Yu's eyes widen. He directly sliced the seemingly lifeless five-blood heart right in half.
He then cut off a quarter from each of the remaining two hearts. Using his masterful surgical skills, he sutured the internal blood vessels of all three heart fragnts together before placing the stitched organ back into the life support system.
However... it had no effect whatsoever. The resulting heart looked like a stitched-together rotten tomato, showing not the slightest intention of beating.
"I forgot to remind you to call Life over. We need his help." Peyton suddenly realized his mistake. He had been a bit too excited just now and completely forgot about this crucial step.
Li Yu was completely speechless. He used the Splinter Deploynt Armor to bring Life down from the Esper Legion.
"Your Excellency Li Yu, what orders do you have for ?" Life's reverent attitude was mixed with intense fanaticism. This was the first ti Li Yu had summoned him alone, and he was ready to go all out to ensure the task was executed perfectly.
Li Yu gave him brief instructions, and Life got straight to work. Raising his hands, dense life energy surged out and poured into the sutured heart.
In reality, the five-blood heart wasn't so quick to lose its vitality. It was akin to a severely injured person receiving new grafted limbs, combined with external healing treatnts.
Soon, the life support system showed that the sutured heart had Vital Signs. But then... three-colored, four-colored, and five-colored lights intertwined, seemingly clashing with one another.
Li Yu imdiately played the recording, controlling the gold-threaded skull to emit Electric Arcs that struck the sutured heart.
Various radiances wove together as the sutured heart trembled endlessly. The healing power of Life and the energy from the gold-threaded skull continuously rged into it.
This caused it to gradually calm down. The four-colored and five-colored lights vanished, leaving only the three-colored light behind.
Peyton explained, "As his Strength improves, he will gradually undergo a tamorphosis into a Five-Blood Troll. This progression will be much milder, and the danger isn't significant."
Peyton truly lived up to his na to co up with such a thod. Compared to the massive influx of power that a direct transplant of the five-blood heart would bring, this process was undoubtedly much safer.
"There might still be risks ahead, so stay alert," Peyton reminded as he began transplanting the sutured heart back into Tu Ying's body.
With the external blood circulation system severed, the sutured heart once again joined Tu Ying's internal blood circulation.
Tu Ying instantly widened his eyes as blinding agony struck him. His vision blurred, and he seed to see a colossal, indistinct silhouette looking down at him.
A brilliant five-colored Light Beam shot out from his chest, piercing straight into the sky and tearing through the already fragile roof of the dical Bay.
Outside the dical Bay, everything was a ss. Omai's death had plunged the dical staff into unprecedented panic; they had no idea what kind of treatnt awaited them.
So had already started packing their bags to head for the Spaceships. However, the Troll guards stationed there strictly forbade anyone from leaving.
The Grand Elder held Noel's cold body, scenes flashing through his mind. From Noel's birth to the news of his parents dying in the Troll Legion.
From plotting the sche to get Noel into the Nobility Academy, all the way to this frigid corpse, all of his hopes had completely turned to ash.
"Let them be buried with him..." The chaotic noises echoing from the dical camp behind him prompted those words to spill from his lips. The Troll guards had never been exposed to the Interstellar stage, so they naturally had no objections. They simply turned around to execute the order.
Right at that mont, a heaven-piercing five-colored light erupted from the dical camp behind them, causing the Grand Elder's expression to drastically change in an instant.
'That's... five-colored light? Wasn't Omai killed? What exactly happened?'
He knew that sothing must have transpired inside the dical Bay, and the only possible source of that five-colored light was Tu Ying!
Noel's death had clouded his mind so heavily that he actually forgot to bring that five-blood heart out with him.
"I underestimated you, but there's no way you're going to pluck this fruit!" The Grand Elder's eyes were filled with scarlet, bloodshot veins. Noel was dead, and Tu Ying was becoming a Five-Blood Troll. This was sothing he absolutely could not accept!
After scheming for so long, how could he possibly let that little bastard reap all the rewards!
"Everyone, listen to my orders! Target—the dical Bay. Any non-Troll creature is to be killed!" the Grand Elder roared furiously.
At the sa ti, that dazzling five-colored Light Beam gradually transford into a four-colored Light Beam. This left the Grand Elder a bit puzzled, but he imdiately tossed the thought to the back of his mind. All he wanted now was to wipe out everything in his path.
